The team at Dercon was well organized, professional and responsive throughout our project. With an older home, we had unplanned issues along the way, but Conner, Dan and team were quick to communicate and address them. We took three small bedrooms and a very old bathroom in the upper level and converted it to a master suite with a beautiful bathroom and walk-in closet, and an office space. We love our new space and highly recommend Dercon Construction!

Dercon completed a basement remodel for us and we were beyond pleased with the process and results. Everything went as planned and they followed the project timeline with no delays. We really appreciated the design ideas and the communication was incredible. They kept the area very clean and we are extremely happy with the finished product. We will be using Dercon for our future projects.

As a designer, it was a joy to work with Connor and the team at Dercon on a recent home remodel we designed in MN. Dercon has a clear process, preferred vendors, and a project timeline that is clear. All of these things make the entire process easy and less stressful. A beautiful thing is that the project timeline was followed exactly, so our install could happen as originally planned. How cool is that?! Connor promptly responded to any questions that I had. I really appreciated working with a company that has the integrity to do what they say they will do. We were very happy with our kitchen transformation that Dercon Construction completed in March. Each and every person that we came in contact with were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our questions were answered quickly. We highly recommend working with Dercon and will use them again when we have another project to complete!

Conner was and is a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and helpful with design. Our Kitchen remodeling project turned out great. We are so pleased. They have stood by their work when a couple minor issues occurred, and the issues were resolved quickly. We are currently beginning a new bath remodeling project with him.

I don’t give 5 stars to any review as I believe there is always room for improvement. Dercon Construction is a top notch contractor. Everything from the planning to the final walk through could not have gone better. Connor, Dan and the crew were so nice to work with. Always responded quickly to our questions and communicated well so we always knew what was happening every step of the way. When unforeseen things happened they helped us through it and never made us feel stupid for not always understanding the construction process. Nothing is ever perfect but these guys have high standards and do quality work. Our project exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier. I will definitely use Dercon again for any of my future projects.

We had an outstanding experience with our remodel project. Our lower level was in serious need of an update after 15+ years of teenage boys "enjoying" the level. Dercon came highly recommended by friends. We reached out to Dercon and they got back to us very quickly. We wanted a company who would recommend design option and Conner did just that. He got to know us and our interests and then proposed three options for each main area. He then took our feedback and came back with updated layouts. Conner was also willing to offer push back when a change we recommended took away from a design feature. Finally, Conner brought in samples of materials to choose from (e.g. flooring, quartz counter tops, slat walls, paint colors, etc.) Dan, the project lead, kept us updated on what to expect with the demo and then the construction. Suffice it to say, communication was consistent and thorough. The team of professionals doing the work did excellent work and kept the work area consistently neat and tidy. Some worked weekends to help stay on schedule. All in all we were extremely pleased with the outcome and love spending nearly every evening in our remodeled lower level. We highly recommend Dercon for your next project and plan to use them on future home improvements.

Having a small kitchen presents certain challenges, but for Dercon Construction they only saw its potential. All the members of the team, were professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated patience during the kitchen remodel. They completed an extensive kitchen remodel and added an additional bathroom in the footprint of our previous kitchen and formal dining space in our 1914 house. It involved removing a wall, rerouting radiator heat pipes, resizing windows, and nearly everything else a large project might require. From start to finish everyone at Dercon was a pleasure to deal with during the project. We couldn't recommend Dercon enough! We will actually be using them again for an exterior siding project in the spring of 2024.

Our third home renovation with Dercon. The entire team continues to meet and exceed our expectations. We will continue to reach out to Dercon with any future renovation needs.

Working with Conner from Dercon was an excellent experience. We had our kitchen and upstairs bathroom remodeled and from the start Conner listened to what we wanted and worked to make it happen. He even went up into our attic in the first meeting to investigate if a wall we wanted to remove was load bearing, which was above and beyond. There were a couple of things that needed repairing after a year (due to normal settling, not workmanship) and Dercon quickly worked with us to get them resolved. We would definitely work with Dercon again, and recommend them to anyone we know looking to start a remodel project.

I have had Dercon do multiple projects on my home from large scale additions, to windows. They have been incredible to work with from the initial quote and project review to the final stages and after. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Excellent work, great communication, friendly and very competent workers. They stayed on schedule and got a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom remodel done in less than 3 months. They left the house cleaner than it was to start! I would definitely use them again.

After countless interviews with contractors, we finally found one that took the time to listen to what we wanted to do. Team Dercon was amazing from day one. Conner spent many hours listening to us and helping to bring our ideas to life. His creativity showed us what we have been envisioning. The schedule was laid out for us so we knew everyday who and what was going on in our home. In today's crazy world they were able to stay completely on time thu the entire project. The attention to detail was outstanding to say the least. The respect the team had in coming to our home was second to none. The communication on a daily basis from all involved made us feel very comfortable for the 6 weeks to start and complete our project. We highly recommend Dercon Construction, and will use them again

Great experience. Did a whole main floor overhaul inclusive of removing a wall. I knew exactly what I wanted and they listened and offered great suggestions and recommendations. The process along the way was great. The project management was second to none with a full project plan prior to starting and they stayed on top of it the whole way. I knew exactly what was happening each day. In the end, I worked with great people and the kitchen turned out better than I even imagined. I will definitely be reaching out when we start our next project!

We just finished a basement project with Dercon. They were wonderful to work with! We started with Conner coming out and looking at our space and talking over things. He was professional and patient, as we asked many questions! He explained the process in detail, and as the project went on, every step he said would happen did! He is great to get your project started with! Stephan was our project manager, and was excellent as well! He is very detailed, and explains every step if you would like him to! He also is very patient, as many questions were asked as we went through the project. Between Conner and Stephan they kept the project going, and it finished on time! They do an excellent job at covering and protecting your home while they are doing your project. Every single person that came into our house to work on our space, was very friendly. They finished a bedroom, an office, a bathroom, a bar, a fireplace and built in shelves, a peninsula to sit around, and an accent wall for our project. The space looks great!! I would recommend Dercon for any project! They will make sure the job is done right, and are great to work with!

Dercon just completed a remodel for us. The replace a wood fireplace with a 3 sided gas fire place, redid ceilings and flooring throughout. They did an amazing job, stayed on schedule and kept us informed at every step. We were extremely pleased with the work they did and will be using them again

We've engaged Dercon Construction for a couple of projects over the years, the most recent one to replace some exterior doors on our mid 80s built house. The entire experience was very smooth. The initial meeting to discuss our options and plan were very well prepared. When it came time to have the doors installed the team was prompt and completed the work as planned. There were a couple of loose ends to tie up in post but those were addressed right away. Overall we're very pleased with the work that has been completed. We would highly recommend Dercon Construction.

Overall an incredibly positive and enjoyable experience. The team was very flexible as we worked through the design and schedule. The attention to detail was stellar. They did not consider the project "done" until every last piece was addressed. The subcontractors were also of high quality and genuinely friendly and respectful. We completely renovated our entire main level, and while this was disruptive to our lives, the project itself wasn't stressful due to the frequent communication and attention to every detail. Would highly recommend hiring Dercon for any and all home projects.

Dercon did a full bathroom remodel for us. Throughout the process Conner communicated well and was very professional. The team spent a lot of planning time before starting the project to ensure we had the right fixtures picked. There was a lot of discussion and e-mails with Conner to find the right bathtub to fit the space. Stephan even reached out to offer new choices for the tub faucet since the measurements on the original choice weren't going to line up with the tub edges. Stephan did a great job managing the crew and our questions as the work progressed. The tile setter did an incredible job and was able to lay out the tile in the pattern I had hoped for. The pick list was completed quickly, without any push-back that any items were insignificant. After the job was complete, the tub was used and found to have a leak in the overflow. Conner and Stephan got the plumber back out to fix it right away. I now have a beautiful new bathroom with an extra large bathtub. I would absolutely hire Dercon for another project.

Everyone was so helpful and cooperative. They also made great suggestions for our project! Always on time and completed the work as scheduled.

Tragedy turned out to be a great result. We had a entire roof repaired 3 days before by Dercon , fall 2017 storm, only to be hit much worse in June 2017. Complete new roof, siding, screens and windows. All concerns addressed & dealt within 24 hours. All complete by August except window set that had to be custom made. Professional, excellent people skills. Do what they say they say they will do.

I've had Dercon do a variety of projects for me over the past year, including windows, siding, roof, and now a bathroom remodel. They have been reliable, turning up on time when expected and finishing the job on schedule. The work was done very well - more than one city inspector commended the job done - and minor issues were quickly fixed. Their subcontractors were easy to work with and talented - particular commendation to their tile and paint contractors, who went above and beyond to get things right. Not the cheapest bids, but worth the price.
