Flatline construction are very dependable and Professional. The work they perform is superb. We will be using them for all future projects.

Flatline Construction was brought in as a subcontractor by our main contractor on a very large home remodel project. Abe and his crew are excellent craftsmen and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They showed up on time, kept the work area clean and orderly and when the work day was done, they left the job-site better than when they showed up in the morning. Abe did a variety of tasks on this project. He and his crew installed new hardwood floors throughout the house, new tile floors in several of the rooms, hung new doors throughout this five bedroom house, performed extensive electrical work and worked with the general contractor to install all new appliances in the kitchen. At times the job was made more difficult because other trades were working in the house, such as painters and plumbing contractors. Yet, Abe and his crew remained flexible and worked easily with the other trades to coordinate so they could effectively complete the job. The job was completed within budget and on time. The few delays that occurred were caused by suppliers not having materials available immediately and taking an extra day or two to supply tile or in one case a very esoteric lighting fixture that had never been used for this application before and had to be special ordered. I would recommend Flatline Construction without reservation. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. This is the fourth major home remodel my wife and I have undertaken and is by far the least stressful, in no small measure due to Abe and his skilled crew.

Flatline construction has just finished the second project in our home. We were extremely satisfied with both of our home improvements. Our first project was a first floor remodel, which included a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. Early on in the project, Abe Hernandez, owner communicated several different options we could take. Once we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted he presented us with a detailed bid, description, and time frame. Once the work was started he was very conscious of taping up plastic to secure the area in which they were working. Everyday everything was neatly cleaned up, always trying to be accommodating as possible. He always let us know what they would be working on the following day. He gave us plenty of notice when something needed to be ordered to make sure of its timely arrival. Occasionally they would would be gone for a couple of days, in which case he would let us know. But it would be a nice break in the construction. At one point we had different vision of the fireplace. He immediately picked up on my concern and stopped the work. It took a few attempts, but we wound up with something better than I pictured. He made suggestions along the way and explained the reasons. So sometimes we added along the way, and in other situations we would eliminate. Our second project was much smaller, but the finished project just as amazing. It was a guest bathroom remodel, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. His attention to every detail is incredible, along with his professionalism and his ability to communicate with us. In both projects he was pretty much right on with the bid and timeline. He was able to do some add-ons. Both projects went extremely smooth with very few changes in our daily life. You need to contact Flatline Construction early in your project because they are very busy, but worth the wait!

Abe made me feel very comfortable with his abilities and his prices are very reasonable. Super easy to convey my ideas. He understands what you want and helps you to create the best plans. Looking forward to using Flatine on my next project. D.Paz
