Natalie has many years of experience and knows all the current designs, products and regulations. She listened to our needs and wishes through the entire process. She presented multiple design options for the layout of our kitchen and made modifications based on our suggestions. Once our project was in progress, she paid close attention to quality and workmanship. If changes were needed, she made them promptly and without any issues. She kept us updated on deliveries of cabinetry, flooring, lighting, etc. & scheduling installation. Natalie had a good working relationship with all the contractors and she was quick to resolve issues with products, scheduling and workmanship. Natalie was always prompt, friendly and has an easy going, open business manner. By the end of the project, Natalie felt more like family than a contractor.

Natalie did an awesome job of remodeling our kitchen. She understood our vision and made it a reality. Having your kitchen remodeled is a daunting task and as a homeowner you have to make so many decisions. We didn’t want to regret the decisions we made which could be costly. With Natalie’s guidance and expert knowledge on design and function, she made the process easy. She reconfigured our space so it is more efficient and organized. She listened to us and designed our kitchen to meet our needs. We have so much more storage and our kitchen is more open and looks bigger. She coordinated the phases of the remodel and worked with our contractor and her team to make sure there were no delays between demolition, construction, installation of cabinets, flooring, countertops, tile and appliances and painting. We appreciated her being our project manager, taking care of challenges during the project and communicating with our contractor. If there was a question or concern, she was very responsive. We really appreciated her communicating with us on every phase of the project. I highly recommend Natalie and her expert knowledge on design. She created our dream kitchen!

The staff and team at Interior Focus did an amazing job keeping my project moving along Despite many delays due to shipping and the pandemic. My laundry room renovation and living room update gives me great pleasure as we are all spending a lot more time in our homes. Natalie has done several projects in my house over the years and I am never disappointed.

Natalie helped us remodel out entire house, kitchen and bathrooms, in many places down to the studs and dirt under the foundation. She is a consummate professional. Her judgment and opinions were extremely well received and we couldn’t have made all these decisions on our own. She knows how to navigate both design and the world of construction/remodeling. We are thrilled with the design of our kitchen and bathrooms – it is useful, spacious, and beautiful! Natalie was very patient with us, with our attention to design and detail, and guided us along the way. The project moved along at a good pace and was on budget. Highly recommended!!

I am writing this review for Natalie Miller because she has done an amazing job with our whole house remodel. We had been in need of interior work for a long time and a sewage flood forced our hand to fasten matters. Natalie was recommended to us and I am so glad we chose her. She has many great qualities but her ability to listen to her clients and adapt to their taste, opinions and budget is wonderful. Her design ideas are amazing, she really opened up our house and made it our perfect living space. I like the fact that we always had her blueprints which are very professional and she also send us pictures of everything. I work long hours and she was always available and according. I felt like things took a long time, so whenever I had concerns she would set up a meeting and would explain the process and plans to us. She did such a great job with our house that we also used her to pick and order some of our furniture, this was such a good idea because she was able to create the atmosphere that we were looking for and complete the look. A year after having Natalie redesign and renovate our kitchen we, without hesitation, returned to her to renovate our master suite which included the bedroom and bathroom. As we expected, Natalie did a stellar job for us. I was blown away by the change she made in what was in my mind the ugliest part of the house that I never could figure out how to fix. Natalie is not only a fantastic bath and kitchen designer, she also is a fantastic interior designer. She worked on other areas of my home as well and everything she did is absolutely beautiful. She uses only the best contractors who deliver high quality work, (window coverings, bedding etc were so well made and so beautiful). Her knowledge of all aspects of renovation are impressive (she also has her general contractor license). She supplies detailed line item costs for everything and works with you to stay on budget. Natalie is on top of all the work being done and always quickly responds to questions and addresses any problems that may arise. She is honest, dependable and very capable. Honestly, I can't say enough about her, I would never use anyone else when in need of a designer. We will be forever clients!

My husband and I searched and searched for a professional to create a plan for our kitchen, office, laundry room, living room, and family room remodel. After many many months, we finally interviewed 3 people. Natalie was the last one we interviewed; my husband and I both knew she was the one! We hired her and the rest is history! She created 3 different floor plans for us to choose - we ended up taking part of 1 plan and combining it with another. Natalie was incredible to work with - always patient, professional, and detail oriented. Her calm demeanor kept us calm through the entire process from plans, testing, and demolition, to the finished and amazing living space that she and her husband Rick (the contractor) created for us. During the demolition and construction, Rick was no less than fabulous. He was as calm, professional, and amazing as Natalie. His craftsmanship was spot on and we never felt like he was trying to cut corners. We couldn't be happier with the living space they created and built for us. We will always be grateful for them. Hired Interior Focus for design and construction. Had a total home remodel. Can't express enough how happy we are with the results. Rick and Natalie are amazing at what they do, professionals, and they will not compromise on quality with the products and furnishings, or with the work they perform. An incentive for selecting them for our major construction job was their commitment to one job at a time. That minimized the time we were out of our house, which ultimately saved us money. You have their attention until your job is done! Rick stayed on mark with construction timeframe and budget, even though faced with an unexpected issue that he promptly addressed. What could have been a "love it or list it" moment, Rick proposed an affordable fix that did not compromise quality or design. In fact, the design fix that Natalie came up with was just as good, if not better, than the original concept. We were 3,000 miles away when the issue came up, but was confident they would make good decisions on our behalf, and they did. Throughout the entire process, we trusted their decisions, and we were never disappointed. Our house looks amazing, and we owe it all to Interior Focus.

Natalie remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, pantry and a bathroom in 2000 and it is still the center of our family hub! She did an amazing job designing the space. So needless to say when it came time to remodel our master bathroom she was my first phone call. Our home was built in 1988 and the master bath was in desperate need of a complete remodel. She redesigned the space in the master closet as well as the bath area. Without moving walls we seemed to have doubled our space!! Natalie as always was great to work with!

Interior Focus designed and remodeled my kitchen and laundry. It was a joy to have them in my home. They helped keep my space period appropriate for my 1939 home. I love my new space. It was finished earlier than expected!

We are so glad we had Natalie and Rick Miller of Interior Focus do our remodel design and construction. Natalie was able to take us from dreams illustrated by hundreds of pictures saved on Pintrest to the best possible results. Rick and his crew were friendly and a pleasure to have around during construction. Everything was kept tidy, and there wasn't any drama involved when changes were made and challenges encountered. They did a magnificent job on our kitchen and two baths. Next year, they will be coming back to transform our master. We can't wait!
