We are shocked that a person in business for many years would avoid the errors that she made when designing our kitchen-as we are all human and at times, we make errors, and we were very understanding about this. We gave her so many chances to make this right. She did not even come on site to see the issues or even return our calls for over a month! We were forced to retain a lawyer and are currently in the process of suing Louise and her business for being paid for a kitchen that has been nothing but an incomplete nightmare and that we are now forced to complete ourselves. We are now on month five (almost six) of not having a functioning kitchen. Would not recommend.

Had a great experience working with Louise! She worked with us on layout design, offered solutions to make the kitchen more functional, and the quality of the cabinets is amazing. The project was completed on time, with check in's along the way. Would recommend Lousie and her team and would work with them again.

As first time kitchen buyers, we were pretty "green". We started at the Big Box Stores, and gradually became informed of how they work. Frankly, we felt choices for cabinets, and certainly for stone were somewhat limited. They were not all that forthcoming with pricing, unclear on delivery times and we questioned how helpful they would be once the sale was made. Thankfully, we discovered Louise and KDP on the Houzz site ! Walking out of her store after our first visit, we both looked at each other and said "That's more like it ! We need to go with KDP !" And now that the job is done, we are very glad that we did. As the owner of her business, Louise brings her years of experience, strong relationships with high quality cabinet makers and access to a couple of fantastic stone providers. Her pricing is very transparent and fair. She is detail oriented and was very engaged with the installation and follow up. She has a warehouse facility to store things, which was very helpful in light of Covid and delivery scheduling challenges. On top of all that, she is a delightful person ! We would highly recommend Louise O'Haran and Kitchen Design Plus.

Had a great experience with KDP. My kitchen was well overdue for an overhaul. It was dark, and small; the dishwasher kept falling out and the countertop was rotting. So deciding to renovate was easy, but I was worried the renovation itself would be stressful. Louise O'Haran and Kitchen Design Plus made me feel confident, and made the whole process easy and fun. That's no small feat when you're living through a major kitchen reno with three kids and a dog! Any time I had a question or a concern, KDP called me back right away to talk it over. She referred me to a great contractor to take down a wall and do some other work, and she and the contractor worked seamlessly together. I felt confident and in good hands, both as we worked through the design process and as the new kitchen took shape. I love my new kitchen so much. There's so much more cabinet and counter space now. My cabinets look fantastic, and the countertop she suggested looks great as well. I also love that my cabinetry was made by a Maritime company, as it's so important to support local, especially these days. Thank you, Louise and KDP!

I had my kitchen done in July . I found kitchen design and from the first II was treated with respect. Louise listened to what I wanted and helped me plan out kitchen which I am now pleased with. I had first saw her in feb but due to Covid nothing could be started until building opened. I live in a condo.. All during covid she kept in touch which was comforting as I knew I was not forgotten.I would highly recommend her.

Louise O’Haran impressed us from the start. Her sincerity and desire to achieve the best results with the most value for our money was consistent throughout our kitchen design and renovation. Louise is passionate about quality and communications. She demonstrated that she cared about us. She was readily accessible 7AM to 7PM during the week by means of phone, text and email, and went above and beyond during the critical phases of our project amidst COVID-19. Her creative yet practical approach to design included: considerations for nuances in colour, textures and lighting; layout and style that maximize appeal and property value; and consideration for the uniqueness of our oceanfront beach house. Louise closely monitored all phases of our project. Aspects that stood out to us were communications, consultative design, ordering ease, on-time delivery and installation, and attentiveness to high standards for quality. We love the results and the feedback we receive is 'WOW'!

Louise O’Haran provided a kitchen design for a small space that delivered both function and style with many suggestions for improving the overall space. The few deficiencies were quickly addressed.

I completed a kitchen renovation within the past year and used KDP + for both the design and the installation of the kitchen. KDP owner Louise O’Haran was a pleasure to work with. We were dealing with a grim galley kitchen and she helped me create a space that I really never thought possible in our home. Light and pretty with ample and creative storage for all of our dinnerware, appliances etc. She was always easy to contact and assisted my husband and I in finding a reliable contractor. All in all a great experience.

Louise and her team at KDP are fantastic. It was like my idea of the perfect kitchen jumped right out of my head and into hers! Her design totally fits the needs and wants of my family and she came up with some ideas I would never have thought of - but they will help the kitchen remain functional as time passes and we age. Unfortunately, we have had to postpone our reno (our fault - not KDP) but I am 100% confident that when it starts, the process will go smoothly and the results will be amazing! KDP has great materials and products but more importantly, they offer real insights and expertise - not just cookie-cutter solutions.
