My experience with LYD Construction on a bathroom remodel was superb. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience from a contracting team. From the quote which was in the ballpark of 2 other quotes I had received to the help Arie provided with recommendations and guidance for tile, vanity, countertop, and fixtures, decisions were easier to make. A general items list was provided from the onset as to LYD’s responsibilities to the project which they adhered to the entire time. With Stephen scoping out the steps of the project and Tim here everyday of demolition or construction the process flowed smoothly and I never felt that i was left out. I was impressed with the professionalism and skills of all the crafts people from the demolition person, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and the handy work to wrap up the final details.

I am delighted with our kitchen remodel! From the start, LYD was a dream to work with. Organized, professional, quality work, and excellent communication! I have been enjoying my kitchen for a month now and I wouldn’t change a thing! I am already dreaming up the next project and will call LYD to make more of my dreams come true.

We purchased a 1962 mid-century house with lots of custom woodwork, baseboards, wainscotting, etc. It hadn't been remodeled in quite a long time, and really needed some attention and love. We decided on the home originally because we wanted it updated while preserving the fantastic historical elements. After quoting out with several different contractors, we went with LYD not primarily because of cost, but because of the relationship. LYD was willing to work with us and let me do some of the work in certain places, and add on additional scope where needed. Their team was absolutely excellent - some of the tile work I requested was unusual in that I wanted to use scavenged tile from countertops to extend the tile on the floor, and you absolutely cannot even tell the old from the new tile. They fixed and touched up the poor paint job that the sellers had done, worked with us from the beginning to execute our vision, and made many recommendations to improve on what we had in mind. Towards the end of the project, a friend asked us, "There's always a horror story associated with every remodel - what's yours?" We couldn't answer because we couldn't think of a single thing that went wrong. We're thrilled with our newly remodeled home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

Contracted to upgrade our 33-year-old very large deck that was built in 1992. LYD rates 5 because everything agreed to in the beginning was fulfilled and beyond. Arie Skatkov and his team did an awesome job. They were able to build a privacy screen for our deck beyond what they had plan to do. It came out very nice. The deck is absolutely beautiful and built to last for the next 25 years. The deck is multi-tier railing systems constructed. I recommend this company to anyone looking to build or upgrade their existing deck.

They did an excellent job with our kitchen and our bathrooms are awesome.Rosalnna,the designer,help us a lot in choosing colors,design (textures) of materials. It’s our first home renovation,and we will recommend LYD Construction to anyone.Thumbs up!

I recently had a trek deck and cover, cement around the house and redid the driveway with cement, front porch remodel with a railing and fireplace remodel done. It all turned out beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with Lior, his project manager Codie and the crew. I highly recommend considering using LYD for any jobs you may need done.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my foyer/hallway and 6 doors. I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Arie and Codie and the LYD team. Our entryway was a mess when they showed up. I know our old building I live in presented some challenges they didn't expect until walls were opened up. But they gave me peace of mind with their confidence and ability to problem solve those issues. And not once did I have a contractor flake out and not show up. I look forward to working with them again!

Awesome experience working with LYD construction and all of their subcontractors. Did a full, down to the studs kitchen remodel and super happy with the result. Project was on time, on budget, and relatively stress-free. They are very committed to your happiness and it shows all along the way. Highly recommended.

LYD Construction did an amazing job for me and I can't recommend them enough! Recently, LYD completed my downstairs renovation that included new: - LVH flooring, paint and lighting throughout - Cabinets/vanities and quartz countertops in the kitchen, primary bathroom and powder room - Kitchen tile backsplash and fixtures - Tiled shower and large vanity mirror in the primary bathroom I was so pleased with the process that I also had them update my upstairs guest bathroom with the same new flooring, vanity, mirror and lighting. What a wonderful major new look throughout my home! Most people don't speak of their home renovations as excellent experiences, but this was the case for me. There were no timeline or cost surprises. From the initial planning phase, to design/material suggestions and ongoing progress reports, the guidance and communication were excellent. LYD's craftsmen/workers were all very skilled, efficient, and professional. Except for about a week when I was out of town, I continued to live upstairs. The crew made sure I had access to the appliances I needed. I highly recommend LYD Construction!

Just completed a medium sized home renovation with this company and would highly recommend them. The work they did for us: rebuilt porch and added a roof over it, redid kitchen cabinets/counters/backsplash and took out part of a wall to add in a large island with seating, installed floor-ceiling deep storage cabinets in dining room, redid a full bathroom and a half bathroom, and installed flooring in multiple areas of our home. The interior work took just 3 weeks! The work was all excellent as was the company’s responsiveness, flexibility, and desire to please the customer. Reasonable costs, too. I’d definitely use them again!
