Eduardo is wonderful to work with and he and his team did great work. We relied of them for extensive renovations at our house, re-doing the kitchen, two bathrooms, finishing the basement, plus much more. Eduardo was always easy to reach and very clear in communicating, he was on site almost everyday keeping track of progress and was incredibly helpful in figuring out design questions and problem solving any issues that arose. I would recommend Eduardo and his team for any renovation work.

Eduardo, owner of Marbar Construction, is a fabulous contractor. He completely remodeled our kitchen, 4 bathrooms, added storage space to our attic, and has completed numerous other updates and upgrades in our home. He is detailed oriented, workmanship is superb, listens to our needs, offers terrific ideas, is trustworthy, meets deadlines (as long as materials are available), leaves the work area cleaned up at the end of the day and is easy with whom to work. Eduardo and his team have remodeled two bathrooms and painted our LR/DR after removing old wallpaper. He has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had. The jobs have all been completed in a reasonable timeframe at a fair price. I’ll be hiring Marbar again for other projects.

I engaged Marbar Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms. I am a VERY picky person and the quality of the work performed by Eduardo and his team blew me away. The results far exceeded my expectations. The workers showed up on time each and every day and took care to cover and protect the items in my home. I will be using this company for additional projects later this year.

Eduardo and his crew are really fantastic. They are punctual, stay all day even longer than 8 hours some times, and are very polite. I have had in him our house during the pandemic to fix work and he has always worn a mask and was very respectful. He would be who I would call if I needed to work done while I was away or in an emergency. I highly recommend him!

Eduardo and his team were great!! We had an un-expected complete bathroom remodel (due to mold remediation) and they stepped right in and were a big help! They worked quickly and efficiently and helped us create a bathroom that we have come to really love. Eduardo even helped us find the best place to get the exact tile we had envisioned for the space. Eduardo Martinez, MARBAR Construction, was my general contractor for the renovation of my house in Bethesda, Maryland. The house was built in 1936, and it needed to be completely re-constructed. I bought the house on August 18, 2017, and Eduardo began work the very next day. He created a list of each item to be done, and the time frame for work. Our goal was to finish construction in just 4 months so that I could move into the house on an accelerated basis, by December 2017. The project was extremely difficult and complex. The list of major items included, in part, (1) Replaced all galvanized pipes; (2) Completely gutted 4 bathrooms and replaced all tile and fixtures; (3) Completely gutted kitchen and replaced cabinets, counter tops and appliances; (4) Completely gutted old book case and built new book case; (5) Re-wired and replaced all light fixtures; (6) Repaired roof; (7) Refinished floor and replaced where necessary; (8) Created new picture window; (9) Painted the entire house inside and out; (10) Sealed the basement; and (11) Re-built patio. Eduardo carefully supervised all of the construction work. He was at my house all day, every day. He stuck to his price; he stuck to his time-frame; and he performed the highest quality work possible. He consulted with me regularly, so that I knew exactly what was going on. I could rely on Eduardo and his team without concern. Eduardo also worked closely with inspectors whose approval he values. Eduardo is skilled at and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. In addition, he is an outstanding carpenter in his own right. He build my book cases and renovated my kitchen by himself. Eduardo Martinez and his team are professionals and perfectionists. I was able to move to my newly-renovated house on December 21, 2017, exactly as planned. It is remarkable that such a large house could be completed within that time frame. Eduardo has continued to stay in touch. He comes back to the house to check on things and also to help me with new projects. I highly recommend Eduardo Martinez, MARBAR Construction. You cannot go wrong.

We hired MARBAR to do our master bath reno and were very pleased with their work and how pleasant they were to have in our home. I was impressed with the fact they laid blankets down from the front door to the work area to protect the carpet/floor and picked them up and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Eduardo is great to work with and very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. Hope to have them do our kitchen reno in the future.

Eduardo and his team are extremely honest, credible, and deliver high quality work. They helped build out a brand new basement bathroom, walking us through the permitting process and providing recommendations for the build out along the way. I have worked with 10+ contractors in my life and he is among the best. I highly recommend him for any job you have!

Eddy and his team were great to work with. We had a total bathroom remodel for my elderly mom. Needed grab bars, no lip walk in shower, fold down shower seat and hand held shower. Looks beautiful. The team was fast and the quality of the work great. On budget and on time completion. The team also did a variety of "handyman projects" at the same time which was great. We'll have them back for the next project whenever/whatever that might be.
