About Us

We are a family-owned and run full-service kitchen, bathroom and flooring renovation company, not a franchise. As a fully licensed building company, we could do anything but we don’t. We’ve chosen to focus on kitchen, bathroom and flooring renovations for residential customers. It is our specialty and we do it better than anyone else. Our full-service approach tackles everything from initial consultation through completion. We handle any needed permits, guide you through the design phase, provide access to exceptional product options and perform expert installation and finish work. Your full-service project manager will act as your single point of contact from the initial consultation, continuing through with in-home measurements, design, contract prep and revisions, product selections. Your project manager will also oversee and guide the entire remodeling process so that you have nothing to worry about.

We are very pleased working with NewRay Company. They did a wonderful job by remodeling our half bath and small kitchen. The team worked diligently to get the job done just in 2 weeks. The team was also responsive to all of our questions prior to the installation date. Very professional! We would definitely hire them again. Thank you, guys!!!

I hired NewRay Development to complete few things in my house. They have painted entire house inside and renovated two bathrooms. project was completed quickly. Alex did a great job in communicating with is and scheduling different crews which made entire work to progress quickly.

This Company did the bathroom project in one of our neighbor's house last year and we really liked the outcome. When we asked these guys to come and see our basement we were very surprised how attentive to details and professional they are. We just recently got our basement finished and used NewRay for our floor and bathroom projects. They put tons of efforts into the work they did. What I liked most was how the crew working on the project always asked for my opinion before doing something to ensure I got what I wanted. It was a total transformation. The result was greater than we expected and we are enjoying all of the new space.

I couldn't be happier with my new master bathroom. It looks so amazing now. The entire process was so smooth and easy. Alex was very helpful in planing my new bathroom and making the layout work perfectly for me. His team was also great, they paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I am planing to do my kitchen next year and there is no doubt I would hire these guys from NewRay again.

Wonderful Kitchen Renovation! NewRay Development team did a wonderful job with our kitchen renovation and completed it as scheduled. Alex's communication and support really helped keep us at ease. He kept us informed on what to expect every step of the way. He also supported us with our vision and provided recommendations that turned out being the best ideas for our kitchen. I love my new kitchen! To those of you looking for a contractor I highly recommend using NewRay Development for all of your remodel renovation project needs.

Newray Development team was amazing! Everyone was extremely professional and the result is a Kitchen that far exceeded my expectation. The design and materials are beautiful and most important the renovation was executed perfectly. With all their years of experience you can be assured that you will receive great advice throughout each phase of the process and the renovation will be exceptional. They have a reputation for creating the best kitchens and baths in DMV area and now I know why. My thanks to the whole team at NewRay Development.

We hired NewRay to gut re-do a bathroom. For a 2 week job, we are now a month out with a half way re-done bathroom and $1600 in the hole. The plumber did not follow the tub installation instructions and the tub developed a leak through the tub wall. New Ray reasonably offered to fix but cut through our live water main supply in their attempt to do so flooding our house. While my house was flooding, the project manager did not answer the phone for hours. While financially they refunded us a respectful amount, i cannot recommend them to do any work for you. To add our new contractor has pointed out *numerous* areas that would have caused us major issues had we allowed new ray to finish. Drywall backwards, wrong screws (they would have rusted) behind the tile, sink not mounted into a stud. DO NOT use these guys

The very best contractors for bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful job and the price is right! Owners are on the job at least once a day supervising and they are so accommodating to additional requests! I changed my mind several times on certain things and they were SO patient and made sure that the job was done to perfection! Next Spring they will be Remodeling my kitchen in our second house!

Newray Development remodeled my whole kitchen. New floors, cabinets, countertops, etc. I worked with Eric, he was very pleasant and accommodating. The team was very pleasant and professional. They came on time every day, accommodated a few changes we made on the fly and worked quickly and efficiently. The whole remodel only took about 2 weeks. The prices are really good too, they were definitely the most inexpensive of the installers I went to.
