One star is pushing it. Scheduled windows, doors, and gutters. All was perfect until we meet the scheduling department or lack their of. No calls ... just installers showing up demanding I open the house for them to start while I am at work. Not gonna fly with me. So I take the following week off from work for this project to start. Was told I have the best installer they have coming out and it would be a week to finish no problems. Great lets do this. Well 4 weeks later we are still trying to wrap this up. Would have been done in the week that was quoted but unfortunately the "best installer" only works the hours of 11am-2pm daily because he has to travel. Now I am trying to get a door handle that is faulty replaced and I am getting the run around again. The only good thing that has come from this adventure is the sales man is a good guy. Just works for a bone head company IMO. Great price and product just terrible installation and scheduling departments.

Suttons did our siding recently. Cortez and his crew were professional, courteous, and innovative in finding solutions to issues we brought up. The crew cleaned up our yard and ensured we were pleased with everything they did. We are using them to do our roof in late March and are looking forward to the same professionalism.

I have used Sutton's for over 10 years from roofing, sunroom addition, window/door replacements, repairs, pergola installation... can you tell that I am a satisfied customer? If you need any job done right (small to large), don't look any further. Even after they are finished, they are available to do any minor tweaks (without charge) that I discovered several months later. Excellent staff. I have recommended Sutton's to my friends. All are satisfied with their work. One of my friends used Sutton to paint and do minor repairs prior to putting his house up for sale. There were three other houses on the same block that were also up for sale prior to my friend listing his house. He sold his house in less than a month. The other houses were still for sale, when his broker put up the "sold" sign.

We replaced original over 100 year old doors with energy efficient doors. From the start of the project to the completion, all of Sutton's staff is knowledgeable and professional. We have used Sutton's for major jobs like roofing, complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling and other projects. We highly recommend Sutton's.
