Hired Marcus, to remodel a bathroom. The seal around the shower door kept coming off. When I called him, he acted like it was My fault that it was off. I had to call him a second time about the same problem. To date the molding is off again. He installed a new toilet, an its been leaking around the seal an loose in the floor. The plumber, I hired said it was not installed properly. I called Marcus about this an he said he would see about this but never showed. Good luck in getting him to come back an see about a job that he messed up.

Marcus just completed a large shower in my new home and did an amazing job. His attention to detail and resiliency to do it right is unmatched in today's service. Marcus treated this as if it was his own shower! From the start, his desire to make sure that we were happy with the solution was evident in his engagement with recommendations, offering his experience and expertise and communication through the process. He took us through the warehouse to show us actual slabs to make sure that we got what we wanted. As a result, we selected a different stone than we started with because of what we saw when we viewed the actual stone. Ultimately, Marcus installed sheets of marble with a very nice pattern that Marcus aligned perfectly. Our shower is now the main focal point of the Master Bath and is truly a work of art! Marcus was always prompt, professional and courteous throughout the project. I would highly recommend Marcus and will definitely use him again for future projects that I have. F

I would very highly recommend Unique Surface Solutions, My first experience was changing a tub to a walk-in shower and it was such an extraordinary success and beautiful! Marcus came out to my home and when I was unsure about looking at the small tile samples, he suggested I go to his warehouse where all the different slabs were, so I could pick my own slabs. This was at my convenience and on the weekend. Marcus was patient, kind and professional during the meetings, spending all the time I needed. I picked three onyx slabs and he even let me pick the niche! I hired him at a fair price he was punctual, professional and I was especially pleased with the excellent quality of the work, the attention to detail and I honestly didn’t think that this level of service existed anymore, I was a very pleasantly surprised. It is clear that Marcus take great pride in his work.

Marcus was great to work with. He was patient with me when I wasn't for sure on what I wanted. Told me what the process was and stuck to the timeline and budget. We weren't able to be at home when he was working but he would text me and tell me when he was there and when he left. If all contractors were like this the remodeling would be a breeze. My 5 stars is for such a great family. I loved what this company did for us when we needed it done for our bathroom's. Great work for great price and time. I loved the fact for most of the work that Marcus did making all the cabinets in both the main an half bath. I can't wait to hire Marcus again for more work. AMAZING work! We recently had our shower and vanity remodeled by Unique Surface Solutions. We chose a gorgeous bamboo Onyx, and it turned out even better than anticipated. I hired Unique Surface Solutions to reface my kitchen cabinets. Marcus did a professional job and I am well pleased with the results.
