Weeks and Mitchell

We hired Weeks & Mitchell earlier this year for our kitchen remodel. We ended up not just remodeling our kitchen, but we relocated the kitchen to the center of our home and then transformed our entire living space in the process. The look and feel of the house is completed different than it was before, and we could not be any happier. From our first contact with Kevin Mitchell, we were impressed. Kevin is professional and very responsive. We quickly learned that the entire Weeks & Mitchell team possess the exact same qualities. We were given a detailed explanation of how the remodel process would go, including a very specific timeframe. We were provided with an app where we were able to track the progress of the project down to the smallest of details. We were given a very accurate quote, and the team stuck to it to a T until we made additions, and they added change orders that we agreed to before they started any additional work. As we dreamt it, Weeks & Mitchell brought everything to fruition. To save ourselves some money, we opted to do some of the work ourselves, and we felt very supported in this decision. We knew the timeframe when we needed to do our part to keep the project moving along. If there was a hiccup in the process, communication from the Weeks & Mitchell team was clear, and we were not left guessing about anything. Weeks & Mitchell went above and beyond to make everything right for us. Jim was our foreman, and it was easy to work with him and get in touch with him. He was here often, overseeing everything. If he was unavailable, he would send someone in his place who had been briefed on the project and could answer any questions we had. If a delivery was being made to the house, someone from the team was here to oversee it. The remodel surpassed our expectations when all was said and done. Since the remodel, we have had several gatherings with friends and family. The space works perfectly for us and gets rave reviews. We are so, so happy that we hired Weeks & Mitchell to take on this big project. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again for another project.

We are so pleased with the steam shower and guest bathroom remodeled for us by Weeks & Mitchell. From design to selection of materials the advice they offered was only matched by the skilled craftsmen they employed to do the job. The tile and glass work were superb. I hired Weeks and Mitchell to remodel my bathroom. I went to their showroom where I could see examples of what I wanted and worked with Jason and Kyle to pick out tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc. and their experience was invaluable. The bid was detailed by item, so I knew exactly what the project would cost. They said the project would take approximately three to four weeks and it was finished in that amount of time. Ralph was my contact on the job and he contacted me daily to let me know what time someone would arrive for work and he checked personally on each facet of the project to make sure it was done correctly. I highly recommend Weeks and Mitchell for any project you have in mind. I have more projects in the future and I will contact Weeks and Mitchell before anyone else.

We are so pleased and impressed. From start to finish, our rather extensive project went very smoothly and was completed slightly ahead of schedule and on budget. The team at W&M was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to have in our home - that includes the general contractor, supervisor and tradesmen. The end result is stunning. Our new kitchen, family room, guest bath, living/dining rooms and laundry have been transformed. We will definitely hire W&M for our future projects and recommend them highly to family and friends.

If you are considering a home remodel project, I highly recommend the team from Weeks and Mitchell. This was the first major home remodel project for our property located in Ahwatukee - we completely redesigned the master bathroom and master bedroom. The team from Weeks and Mitchell always did what they said they were going to do, and the project was done exactly to our specifications. We want to thank Weeks and Mitchell for our bathroom remodels, they are beautiful and we love them! We chose them as our contractor after having several companies come out to give us ideas and bids. Weeks and Mitchell did a complete redesign of our kitchen and the adjoining family room. Working with Kevin Mitchell and his professional team was a pleasure. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in guiding us through the myriad of choices to be made with a project of this size. The project started on time and was completed a few days ahead of schedule. At the end of each day we received a phone call with project updates and the schedule for the following day. Questions were addressed and phone calls returned quickly; tradesmen were here on time and the project was completed at budget. Kevin Mitchell and his competent team helped us design, demo, and install our wonderful kitchen. The project remained on schedule and on budget. Additional unplanned services were provided in a very professional manner. The construction crews were respectful, professional and did a first class high quality job. We have since had Kevin and his team install new floors in our bedrooms. Another job well done.

Weeks & Mitchell have done 2 major renovations in my home- a guest bathroom and kitchen- extremely pleased with finished results of both. We hired Weeks & Mitchell Construction to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom. This is the best remodeling experience we have ever had. Their prices were reasonable. They worked with us quickly and efficiently to develop a comprehensive plan. Their communication is outstanding. There was a project task list posted on the wall of our bedroom to keep everyone updated. We got a call at 5 every evening to confirm the schedule and activities for the next day. They hire outstanding workmen for each component of the project: electrical, tile, carpentry, painting, stucco, windows and glass. Even final clean up was handled by an expert cleaning crew. All of their workmen are unfailingly polite and considerate. Each time someone new arrived they introduced themselves to me and my husband. Every part of the remodel is better than I could have hoped for. We now have a beautiful porcelain tile plank floor that was expertly laid to look like a wood floor. We have a huge, gorgeous walk in shower tiled in two kinds of porcelain tiles and accessed through stunning rain glass doors. We have very energy efficient windows now and our room is so quiet. If they thought I could make a better choice in something I selected they let me know and explained why, but never pushed me to do anything their way. When they were cutting the granite, they texted photos of what was going to show up on our counter to make sure we agreed with the location of the cuts on the slab. We are just very very happy with our stunning new bedroom and bath.
