We hired Sean and his team for multiple projects and I am so happy with the work Weigel Construction (i.e., Sean and his team) have done in our house! First, we hired him for our kitchen reno (see before and after pictures). Sean and his team took down a nonbearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, moved some kitchen cabinets around, removed and replace the old backsplash by a new herringbone one, replaced our old countertops with butcher-block ones, replaced the old drop-in sink by a farmhouse style one (cut the cabinet below it to do so), installed a new faucet and added a built-in soap dispenser, installed a professional grade exhaust hood over the stove (duct to the outside). We are first time home owners and bought a little house that needed some cosmetic work. We wanted an open floor plan for our kitchen, and something a little more up to date without breaking the bank. It was our first time doing any kind of renovation and the whole project felt intimidating. We had some recommendations from here and there for who to hire and got several quotes. I am so glad we went with Sean: his prices were very reasonable (not the lowest quote we got but a lot lower than a lot of others), his work is incredibly meticulous and high quality. He keeps you updated on progress and potential things that could affect the budget (although our renovation ended up being exactly what he quoted us). He and his team were very professional and left the house cleaner than they found it every single day. He was completely receptive to our budget restrains and worked with us to define a project scope that worked for us price-wise - for example, I decided to paint everything myself (kitchen cabinets, walls etc.) to save on that. The floors were done by a different company and the contrast between Sean's work and professionalism and this other company was unbelievable. It made me realized how lucky we were to have Sean work on our house. We loved his work so much that we hired him for two other projects since (building a custom banister and building a custom built-in window seat). We are so happy with the work he did for these projects as well. I will definitely never hire anybody else to do our house renovations in the future and I would trust him for any kind of project (even building an entire house from scratch). Sean is also super nice and provided on multiple occasions tips and advice for my diy projects (like, he showed me how to feather joint compound on drywall, how the wiring works for 3-way switches, stuff like that). Can't wait to hire him again!

I hired Sean and his crew for an interior job to redo a portion of my downstairs kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. My house is old, so it has a fair amount of challenges that come with it, and Sean was great about giving good recommendations and adapting along the way. The end result was really amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Lots of our friends and family saw the completed space and commented on the good craftsmanship.

We just had a three season room built. It's beautiful, functional and we will use it for many years to come. Weigel construction always delivers for us. I highly recommend them.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Sean Weigel and Weigel Construction. Sean is a perfectionist and meticulous about every part of the job, no matter how small. His crew was professional at all times. We really appreciated the daily clean-up. Drop blankets were put everywhere to protect our floors and plastic was put up to prevent dust from spreading.Our fully remodeled kitchen is a dream come true for us. Our living space is small and Weigel Construction opened it up so that the kitchen space itself is bigger and we now have an open space leading into our living/dining room space. The job was started when promised and finished early, even with the holidays in between. Sean went above and beyond our expectations. We will hire him and his company again for our next project.

I would hire Weigel Construction again in a heartbeat. I have since recommended them at least three times. They were helpful at every stage of the remodeling process. Their work was of great quality and the work space was spotless at the end of each day. They helped us stay within our budget without having to compromise our design ideas. I could not be happier with the rooms that they created for us. We had them remodel our lower level of a split-level home to create a mudroom/laundry room by bumping into our garage, enlarge and redesign an existing full bath that we never used, and redesigned a living space. A level that was basically wasted space for over ten years is now a jewel in our home.
