Backyard Pro

We put our kitchen in with Backyard Pro 10 months ago and love the guys Henrique and Edoardo seem so so nice and so responsive to all our needs. We spent $30,000 on this outdoor kitchen the countertops cost us $6000 for Lapatec. The installer cracked the countertop three times having to come back multiple times, then use the glue on the white countertop which turned yellow and chipped it in many areas and tried to patch it with the glue. Then never came back to remove the tape or smooth out his work. I waited two months and then contacted Backyard Pro. We were now into October and the work was very shoddy and poor quality on the countertops. Everything else looked magnificent and we truly love having the space and the appliances are top notch. However the countertop cracked and they said they would come out and look at it in November and never did and now they avoid all phone calls and any time I’ve gone to their store their sales girl in the Boca Raton store “tells me I promise I will have them call you! “ well it is now April 2022 and I shared this story on my social media yesterday, and funny thing is they took their Instagram page down after I did so. I’ve asked them so nicely to please just call me and let’s get this fixed, but nothing absolutely nothing! I just Don’t understand why they are not responding to my request. We spent a lot of money and truly thought they were going to be nothing but professional. Well you fooled me Backyard Pro you are far from professional!
