John Balaney did an wonderful job on our backyard patio. We love it!!! From the beginning to the end. He was prompt, he was very meticulous and finished the job exactly when he said he would. Thank you for a job well done. ;) We are enjoying our patio so much!

I’ve known John and Brittany since 1999. They redid our patio and steps after the work another local outfit did fell apart after a year. John’s work has stood the test of time for 15 years. I’ve recommended Balaney Contracting to our friends and my sister and they haven’t disappointed. They are professional, show up when they say they will and never leave their work site a wreck. The quality of their product speaks for its self. Highly recommend this contractor.

John and his crew did an excellent job replacing our old shrubs in the front of our house with beautiful bushes and a lovely spruce tree. In our backyard, they replaced our old decor with beautiful stone, shrubs and an attractive Japanese tree in a lovely garden fitting perfectly in our yard space. Their workmanship was always professional and neat. They were also very courteous and willing to help me with any questions and concerns.

Balaney Contracting not only is very easy to deal with , but is reasonably priced. The job foreman is extremely knowledgeable. Changes made to the project were performed without issue even after the project was underway. The work crews were always on time and did impecable work. The final cleanup also was spotless. .

Balaney Contracting did a phenomenal job with landscaping our property. The design of our corner lot is so appealing, and I've received many compliments on it. The job also got done relatively quickly, taking only 3 days to complete. This company was very timely in giving us a quote, and arranging the date of our design to be done. I have absolutely no complaints!

I have been a customer of Balaney Contracting for a few years now. A project was completed in October of 2016 and the staff was professional and thorough. John Balaney also came to inspect the project when completed. I would recommend Balaney Contracting to any homeowner that wants a job done well. I have another project this year as well as the usual home maintenance.

Balaney Contracting is wonderful! They are punctual, efficient, polite as all get out!, excellent at all aspects of yard care, and honest. They work HARD! Specifically, they have helped us with maintaining our yard, and it is not an easy yard to take care of. Balaney Contracting removed old dead bushes in the POURING rain, because they said they would get it done on a specific date and they stuck to it, despite the fact I told them they didn't have to do it that day and that they could come back another day. Any new issue that has come up, I called them and they got right back to me and took care of it on their next visit. In our neighborhood, they maintain other properties that look AMAZING as well. In fact, it is because of their yards that I contacted them! I highly recommend Balaney Contracting for all your contracting needs.
