Driveway, front porch, back patio and all connecting walkways We were first introduced to Enviro-loc by a friend around the corner. We had admired their driveway and they strongly recommended Enviro-loc’s. The homeowner is very particular, so I trusted they had done their research. Two or three years later we decided to replace our driveway, front porch, back porch and all connecting walkways. We got 3 quotes. We returned to the friends house where we were able to view the extent of their stonework and ask them a few questions. Although Enviro-loc wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, they weren’t that much more. We were very impressed with their sales representative James Gilbert. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about, very thorough and he gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions. He provided us with very detailed computer generated drawings of the proposed project and through frequent video calls, he was able to tweak the drawing to accommodate any changes we requested. He was never pushy, yet called us periodically to see if we had any further questions or if we were any closer to moving ahead with the project. We appreciated that as we were slow and apprehensive about making a decision. We finally agreed on a price and start date that worked for all of us. The other two companies had provided hand drawn rough sketches and only contacted us once following our original meet up. Construction began pretty much according to schedule. Bricks were delivered one or two days prior to starting. The excavation team came in full force with Chris and Joseph leading the project. They were very respectful of our property by laying boards for the excavators and mini dump trucks to drive across our property to access the back yard. Within 2 days the entire area was prepped and ready for the installers. Each night a truck came by to take away any old bricks and pavement and the team would clean up any residue from the road and sidewalk. Unfortunately due to extreme heat, the installers were finishing up a previous job and we had a slight delay before they could start on our project. When they arrived, they started with the front porch. O’Neal and his crew were just as impressive as the previous crew as they hauled all the stones to the backyard to do the patio. I had a few questions which they were able to answer in great detail and to my satisfaction. They knew what they were doing. Within a few days, everything was completed to our satisfaction. Within 2-3 weeks everything was completed. Any delays were due to this being the hottest two weeks of the summer. There were a few instances when I had to speak with Dan, the owner, and he was also very personable. Both crews had told us that they enjoy their job and that Dan if very good to his staff. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the entire project from start to finish and would strongly recommend them. The Logans

I wanted to take a moment to recognize my incredible experience with the Enviro-Loc team. My project included a new wrap around paver pathway, stones, and a new front lawn. From start to finish the experience was top notch. To kick off my experience James was out to meet with me in person, see the project personally, hear my asks and make recommendations. He stuck around for 30mins afterwards to take detailed notes and measurements. He worked with me to book a time that worked for us, and the project began on time. The demolition team was incredible, allowing my kids to watch and enjoy the moment. They were professional, fast, and cleaned up everything, including brushing my sidewalks and streets. The team even made recommendations along the way that SAVED me money and time. The installation crew was incredibly hard working, detail oriented and put together an incredible final product – also making recommendations along the way for a much more aesthetic look. They also cleaned up promptly and cleaned up well. It took less than 30 minutes for my first neighbour to come by and compliment my home's new addition. 10/10 would recommend!

The team from Enviro-Loc was excellent, both professional and courteous. They were also greatly appreciative of all courtesies, such as coffee or cold drinks. The work was done quickly and with minimal disruption, and the end product was all that we had hoped for. Our feedback on the design was accepted and incorporated, and any concerns during the construction phase were quickly addressed by Daniel and his team. Based on our experience and end result, they have been hired by friends of ours for another major job. I highly recommend them.
