I hired Evolve Landscape to replace my mantel and build a matching hearth bench. The designs Carolyn Shepherd presented were great. Unfortunately, the work took months longer than expected, Even though I paid 1/2 the price up front, Carolyn did not respond to texts, emails or phone calls regarding status. The final product looked nothing like the design that was promised and the full payment is expected. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

I do NOT recommend Evolve Landscape. Significant portion of contracted work performed did not meet industry standards. Contracted quantities not fulfilled. No attempt or ability to fix mistakes and problems. Paid 95% at half-way point per contract and work was never finished. This has required the hiring of another company to fix and finish the job. Do NOT give them your business! You will be extremely dissatisfied with the final job. Carolyn Shepherd design director was not professional nor easy to communicate with.

Great estimate and I have seen their work. Will work with them once budget is on for the deck. I wanted a second floor deck for the kids area where they can play below and up above.
