Update After speaking to Chuck Irwin he sent out Shane to return to my home. Shane is who changed my perception of this company completely. His communication was great along with excellent customer service. He did a great job and we are now happy with the completed job. Thank you Shane!

My original driveway paver job was great. The problem is it comes with a 2 year warranty and when I had a problem inside the two years Chuck Irwin had zero interest in coming out to repair the driveway. He will never return a call or email. I was only able to speak to him will he picked up one of my calls. He asked for photos which I provided but he did not email back. He said he would call me back several times and never did. Extremely poor customer service after they did the job and received my money.

Chuck and Dan with Waller Paver were great people to work with. They handled the job in a very professional manner. I had added many Sq Ft of pavers to the estimate and they took care of my request and completed the job on time. If you ever want to see the Job ride down Thornhill Rd and look at the drive way behind the white picket fence. I would use them again knowing the quality of there work. AAAAA+++++

I don't know where to begin to tell you how fantastic our patio came out. We ordered the pavers a few weeks before the work was completed. As it turned out the pavers came on Friday and the Waller Pavers team came out on Monday. They must have had 8 men working on the patio all day. When I came home they were done and my wife was ecstatic. Thanks guys, you really went above and beyond what I expected.
