In August 2017, Landcon demolished and rebuilt six flower box retaining walls in the front and side of my home. First the positives: their price was mid-range reasonable, they found an earlier more convenient start date for me, they finished on schedule in three weeks, and owners Ofer and Jeremy seemed knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciated Taylor's computerized planting diagram. The negatives: I believe I chanced upon a subpar work crew. The foreman was grumpy every day, and the workers did not seem careful or invested in the job. An overly large amount of mortar had to be used to make the bricks level and the walls are not completely straight. Only when I pointed out a shortage of a material called geogrid as a worker was bricking over it, was more geogrid ordered and applied. The company seems well run and established, so maybe other work crews employed by Landcon will do better work.

I had my back yard designed and built by Land-Con. They were very efficient with the newest technology by designing me the plans on the computer to show exactly what my backyard will look like. That there made me very excited because i was able to place my backyard furniture on the picture to ensure everything will fit and what it will look like when its placed as well what the patio and sitting walls will look like. they allowed me to make changes to accommodate my vision. the final outcome was amazing. Their crew that worked on my backyard were excellent hard working even in the extreme heat to ensure the completion of the project was done on time. i would definitely recommend this company as me and my family couldn't be happier with our backyard this summer.

We could not have made a better decision than hiring Land-Con. They did our neighbors backyard and we liked what we saw in terms of work but had not yet met the people behind all that. Our first interaction was with Taylor the designer, who is full of amazing ideas and gets it. he totally captured what we wanted and enhanced it to our taste. He was very mindful of not making this a more expensive project than it should have been.He was flexible with changes even until the crew arrived. Our 2nd interaction was with Jeremy at the home show and he was very pleasant to talk to, very down to earth. He has also been amazing to work with. Cordial, accommodating, kept us informed of everything along the way. The project started and finished on time and budget. No unrealistic promises and therefor no surprises. Our final interaction was with the Land-Con crew. What a great set of people to show up to your house everyday, full of smiles and pride in their work. Our team was headed by Ron and supported by Minor. Lovely lovely folks. To the entire Land-Con team - THANK YOU! If anyone ever needs to see what work was done, come on by and we'd be happy to show you.

When we first began the project, we researched a number of companies before settling on Land-Con to design and build our backyard patio. They were very helpful in making initial design suggestions, and working with us to create the layout and look we were going for. They were also very mindful of our budget, making suggestions on materials that would look just as good as our initial choices, but save us some money for other parts of the project. We appreciated their careful work, attention to detail and efforts to keep the work area clean and tidy during and after construction. Lastly, they were very courteous and professional in all of our communications throughout the project. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We hired Land-Con to redo our driveway (it was broken down asphalt) and they did an interlock driveway and did our front garden which was just grass. The job so well done and every morning when I leave for work or come home in the evening I smile, because my front yard is so pretty. I love looking at it and am so happy with the results. Not only was the job so well done, but Land-Con was amazing! From the start giving us an estimate they were so kind and friendly and even through the construction, making sure we were taken care of and also making sure our neighbours weren't suffering. Can't wait to finally get Land-Con to do my backyard and hopefully get a pool!!!

This past spring my wife and I hired Land-Con to do some work at our home. I heard about them before but also met them at the home show. Super friendly and fun guys, both Jeremy and Ofer spoke with my wife and I, we felt comfortable and the price was comparable to 2 other estimates we received but we felt safe with them. They gave us an estimate and a start date, they arrived on time, communication was great thru out the entire process and they showed up on time and completed our front walk way which wrapped around our house and continued to our backyard patio with a small retaining wall. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, their guys were friendly and professional, neat and never left our yard a mess at the end of the day. I highly recommend these guys. We hired Land-Con last year to replace the interlock in our backyard and front porch. They completed the project extremely quickly and efficiently and the product looked great. The workers were great. They were knowledgable, courteous and extremely friendly. They even had patience for the kids who kept coming by and asking questions. The biggest surprise actually came this year when some weeds started sprouting in between the interlock. We contacted Land-Con expecting the usual attitude and service you receive from most home contractors. We were pleasantly surprised that none of that occurred. They send someone immediately to resolve the problem and didn't charge us anything for it. We would definitely use Land-Con again for any landscaping or interlock project in the future.
