Froy and his team were awesome to work with. This was a total yard demolition down to the dirt, and rebuild from ground up. The progress and final result could not have been better! If you tell him what you want, he really tries to make it happen. He went beyond our expectations. He promises they will stay on site until its completed, and they deliver! From demo to final plantings, the crew did not miss a single day – something you surely cannot expect from most contractors. We were impressed that he went above and beyond on construction techniques from the foundations, using a lot of re-bar in walls and caps, and even using up-gauged larger size irrigation pipes. No cutting corners with this crew! A very fair bid, an excellent value, and excellent result!
