I have been a very happy customer of NationScapes (formally Keesen Lawn Sprinkler) for 10+ years - never have had a problem with service ever - if it's broken or not working I call and it's taken care of. I once had a valve get stuck while I was out of town. A neighbor notified me the water had been on for over 24 hours and I called Nationscapes and they were there on the day I called. The office staff is friendly and listens. Couple that with the "know how, can do" attitude of the service department and you have very happy customers. Recently I’ve worked with Chad and Jarrod. They both go above and beyond in customer service. Wish all the people in service positions were like Chad & Jarrod - we’d all be better for it!

We had NationScapes completely redo our sprinkler system including installing new lines, new heads, and a new control box. They did an excellent job. The crew showed up on time, was professional and polite, worked diligently, and cleaned up everything once they had finished including making sure that all the replaced sod looked good. The main tech took the time to walk us through how our new control box and app worked and made sure we understood it before leaving, even giving us his cell phone to contact him in the event we had any issues down the road. We have had them out to turn off/on our system in the fall and spring and have received the same excellent, prompt, and professional service each time. Highly recommend.

Nate and the NationScapes team are fantastic. As a first time homeowner, they took the time to walk me through my sprinkler system and and answered all my questions. I also had questions surrounding future landscaping projects and they were knowledgeable and brought up things to consider that weren't even on my radar. I'd definitely recommend them for any irrigation and landscaping projects and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The NationScapes team did a fantastic job of installing a large new sprinkler system (30+ zones) and more than 30,000 square feet of sod. The installation team was knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. The office staff was friendly and helpful with ongoing service requests. NationScapes is the best there is! I had several issues with my system and not knowing how any of it really works, I put my trust in them and was so happy with the professionalism of their team, as well as how kind and knowledgeable the technicians are who come out to do the work. They fixed everything that day and I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge as other companies have done in the best. Thank you so much Nationscapes! I wont use anyone else to service our sprinkler system!
