I hired Alex Lucero, owner of Outside Solutions LLC, who said he was licensed, to do a front and back yard remodel. Paid large deposit, over $12,000, and scheduled to start April 15th. Months of delays, no shows, excuses. Alex said he would return my deposit but did not. He took my money and never looked back.
