Austin with PROSCAPE Inc. is AMAZING! His team is very professional, quick, and efficient! They completed a yard overhaul after our new pool construction was complete. They installed sod (improved the yard levelness, made the new sod tie in seamlessly with our old grass), a rock pathway and rejuvenated our pine straw in the flowerbeds. Austin and his team know how to make your yard look great! I would highly recommend anyone needing work call Austin at PROSCAPE! You will not be disappointed! We are delighted and enjoying our dream backyard- our oasis- thanks to PROSCAPE!

We hired Proscape to finish our back yard. This included fine grading, fence installation, planting privacy hedges (cherry laurels), and planting grass. Overall, we found them to be professional, and we were initially very pleased with the work they did. However, over time, some issues have arisen, and that has tempered our review of Proscape's services. Concerning the cherry laurel trees: all trees that were delivered had primarily red leaves, which we were told was new growth. As we later learned, the red leaves were winter burn, and the trees were in bad shape upon delivery. Each tree (evergreens) dropped the majority of their leaves in the first month. Many “recovered,” but will likely take years to fill out (if they ever do: all new growth is on the ends of the branches, not interior, and they provide little privacy). One tree died completely, which Proscape admittedly replaced, though after multiple months of emailing and phone calls. When Proscape finally did agree to replace this tree, they stated that they have a policy which they "probably should have told us about" (i.e., not written into our contract) that they do not replace plants that are not watered via an irrigation system, implying that any further issues would not be covered. Concerning the grass: Proscape seeded annual grass. We were not informed of this, and had we been, we would have requested that they return later in the season to plant perennial grass as well. The grass, of course, began to die, at which point I was told it was annual. We asked multiple times for quotes to fix the issue (despite the fact that this should have been handled in the initial work quote, or the expectations clearly communicated), to which they never responded with a quote. During this time, we’ve been left tracking sand into our house, as there is little grass cover. Our daughter and dog cannot enjoy the backyard that we paid over $10,000 for, because it is a patchy dust pit. We will need to hire another company to seed our lawn again. Finally, concerning the fence: We were quoted on a steel fence, but an aluminum fence was installed. Overall the fence looks as-expected and the installation is clean and professional, but the quote was never updated to adjust for the cost of the aluminum fence. In sum, for the amount of money that we paid for this project, we're disappointed with the outcome, much of which could have been avoided through better communication from Proscape. They seem like nice people, but due to this experience (including the amount of time we have spent trying to get them to fix problems), we will likely not use them again.

The Proscape crew does a very good job and Austin is great to work with planning the landscaping project. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Austin and his team are the best landscapers I have ever worked with. Not only do they provide beautiful solutions, they deliver the results timely. If they say it will be done on a certain day, it is. If you have a concern or an issue, they come back and address them regardless how many times you call them. They are truly a quality group.

We recently added a flagstone patio and fire pit in our backyard. Austin and his team at Proscape did a great job. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined. They were easy to work with, very professional and the quality of work is second to none.

Austin and his crew are a joy to work with from planning to finish. They first replaced an old retaining wall with a beautiful stacked stone wall as well as reworking my irrigation system. Next they rebuilt my old deck and added a fabulous pergola which with new lighting looks like it came out of a magazine. They are highly recommended and I will use them again and again! Very professional, knowledgeable and great on the cleanup too!

I would use him again and again. The work was excellent and the supervisor was excellent to work with. The job was awesome, he has awesome good ideas when it comes to giving you ideas own what to do to your yard.

When we purchased our new home, we knew we needed a total landscaping overhaul! I was eager to work with Austin and PROSCAPE as I've admired his work I've seen in my previous neighborhood. Austin came out himself to inspect our yard, listened to several issues we had (we have a lot of deer and needed "deer resistant" plants) and discussed possible plantings with me. We were then provided an extremely detailed quote, and the best part was work began immediately! Austin is the type of professional who does what he says he will, when he says he will. So refreshing. My yard is now gorgeous, and Austin is always available to answer questions. We will definitely continue to use Austin and PROSCAPE for all our landscaping and outdoor needs.

We recently used Austin Marcum and his team at PROSCAPE to add an outdoor living space to our home. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project his team was first class in every phase of the project. They worked with us on every feature of the project and we are more than pleased with the outcome. We are thrilled with the new addition to our home and look forward to working with PROSCAPE in the future on other projects. Their work speaks for itself but it's comforting to know that Austin and his team truly have the client in mind when taking on a project.
