Hired marc Dionne on August 20th when he came to my house. Wrote a check for $1487.50 50%down and 50%when job completion. Wrote a email and phoned request for cancellation of project August 21st 2019. No reply. Homeadvisor is web site for his company rocksolid landscape goffstown nh. Now in homeadvisor site as a 1/2star posted. Don't consider this company.

We hired Rock Solid Landscapes for installation of a walkway and a retaining wall. We were initially very happy with them - very prompt, courteous and fast. We paid them in full following the completion of the job. The following week there was a heavy rainstorm and there was significant drainage leaking dirt in between the steps and the path of the water was of concern - pooling above and below the retaining wall. We contacted Mark to have him come and take a look to see what his recommendation was and if he thought it would be an issue in the winter. We contacted him several times by phone and by email and never received a word back from him. He said he stands by his work for 1 year, however, if he does not respond that promise is a moot point. We were very disappointed in his lack of response after payment. We feel we are left with no recourse but to give poor reviews and hope others take note. We also got a safety inspector to take a look and gave a poor report regarding the slope of the walkway and the way the drainage was finished.
