We paid Greg Ryback in Full for a Retaining Wall. The company never finished the services, costing us over $3000 plus time, killed our shrubs and never installed the agreed upon steps and top area of steps as per the Proposal. For the past 2 years we have been calling, texting and emailing with regard to the deterioration and cracking of the Caps. Now the Retaining Wall is separating in areas. We have a 3 year Warranty, but they refuse to communicate with us entirely.

Greg Ryback and his team were extremely professional. Greg spent plenty of time with us answering our questions and going over options for design. Best of all, the costs of our change orders were reasonable and not a source of EXTRA profit. Greg improved our drainage systems and made sure all systems were replaced with materials that would stand up to the weight of the patio and the test of time. When we had a concern after construction was complete with our built in grill Greg came out himself that same week and made sure it was fully functional. We love our patio and our covered pavilion and use it year round.
