John has done a variety of jobs for me. He has repaired outside shutters, painted inside, replaced wooden fence and gate, painted wrought iron fence, gate and patio tables and chairs, laid sod, replaced a toilet, assembled several shelves and pieces of furniture. From this list you can see he has a wide array of skills. He has been vary helpful getting things done around my house. He is reliable and his prices are fair. He will work until the job is done to your satisfaction. The project date and cost listed below was the last job he did for me (laid sod) since there was no place to list all of them.
