Two men moved a large dining room set, including heavy glass shelves, from inside the beltway to our niece in Bel Air. Md. They were careful, professional, fast, and helpful in every way. We were impressed, as was my niece, as they patiently moved the furniture around in her dining room so she could decide how to arrange it. This was our second move with 495. They are super and have my highest recommendation.

Customer Service was terrific. Really easy process. I picked up a bunch of moving supplies the moving supplies ahead of time from their warehouse in Rockville At no cost to me. Boxes/tape/paper are included in the move. The three movers were terrific, they were on time, worked really hard and quickly with great attitude and politeness. They were very careful to cause no damage to my floors, walls, belongings, etc. We moved a lot of our own small stuff ahead, so the Movers just had to do the heavy/large stuff. My final costs were lower than the original estimate, which was greatly appreciated. Hundred percent would use them again, and will refer/family to do so too

Recently I used 495 movers on a referral from my friend, I am happy I did. Their management, office staff, drivers are all very experienced, professional, courteous and efficient, they go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied. Their charges are amazingly competitive, I got estimates from 5 local movers and their's was the best. If you are planning to hire movers, I strongly recommend them and you will not go wrong. We moved yesterday in MD and had 1 truck and a team of 5. The move was smooth and with no issues. The team led by Milton was professional, super kind and cautious making sure everything reached safely to our new home, and to the correct room. The team worked nonstop from 8am to 9pm and it was clear that our satisfaction is at their highest priority. Thank you for helping us start this new chapter with such a positive experience!!! Moving is typically stressful, expensive, and not easy especially state to state moves. This was my third one and hands down my BEST one due to 495 Movers. The ENTIRE went smoothly from start to finish. Starting with Josh who was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward with everything and truly focused on making my move as easy as possible. The price he quoted me was exactly the same the day of the move. Compared to other movers it was way more reasonable. Plus 495 Movers gives unlimited packing boxes and paper (you pick up at there warehouse) which was another big savings. One of the biggest help was them packing my entire kitchen which was going to be a lot of me due to the short time frame of needing to move. Unfortunately, I don't recall the gentleman's name but he did a PHENOMENAL job packing my kitchen especially my delicate items that's been in the family for years. EVERYTHING arrived in the condition as he packed them. The day of the move, to my pleasant surprise, five men showed up. Josh certainly sent his A team cause Walter, Edwin, Efri, Cesar, and Edwin (there's was two of them) came ready to work and worked hard non stop until the move was done and they finished couple hours ahead of schedule. They were true professionals and EVERYONE handled ALL my items with care. They also packed the 26ft truck well. They were several items I was suppose to pack myself but circumstances didn't allow me to have it done before the move. I was going to do it while they were moving.They told me don't worry about it. They packed and got it on the truck. Victor and David arrived promptly at 8 a.m. with a friendly greeting and smile there face the scheduled day for unloading. Both unloaded the truck putting all my items exactly where they belong and made sure I was satisfied. My fridge was too big to get through the doorway. Josh and Victor didn't stop trying to figure out a way until they got it inside. They had to disassemble all the doors and put it back together. They never complained or acted as if it was a bother. Even with this challenge and assembling my other furniture Josh and Victor also finished ahead of schedule. All the guys are AMAZING!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend 495 movers for all your moving and/or packing needs. I can't say enough about them. Truth be told I so wish they were in my new state as I need them again when I move into my permanent home. I'm still trying to figure how I can possible give them my business.

You WILL NOT find better movers than these guys, it's just simply not possible to do it better than they do. I've used them 3 times now and their level of professionalism, speed and expertise is unmatched. The cardboard boxes, wrapping paper and tape built into the cost is amazing. The guys who perform the moves are top-notch. I really can't say enough about how valuable they've been to me in my moves. Don't hesitate to go with these guys!! Milton and his team (Edwin, Ellias, Ismael) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and worked tirelessly, literally all day, to make this move happen. Those guys deserve a raise!

Moving your parents can be a very stressful time, especially for them. From the beginning survey visit at their apartment through to the last good byes my parents bonded with the 495 Movers team. My parents can be critical of things not done right but with this move, they had only compliments to share with me after each interaction with this moving company. Team leader Milton became a trusted partner in the move and I believe that my dad truly appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail and compassion that he exhibited. Everything was professionally packed and loaded with a team of 5-6 movers (despite the power being turned off at the apartment mid-pack). Milton and Randolph were the unload team and the two of them accommodated any request for furniture placement asked of them. 495 Movers will be at the top of my list when my wife and I move ourselves in a couple of months. I'm a repeat customer thrilled with another perfect move!! Milton (Foreman) and Milton could not have been nicer, faster, or more professional. No detail was overlooked - I was going to move my many unboxed files in my office closet myself but they said not a problem! They set everything up perfectly and even took down the things from the wall I had yet to do - this is the type of care that distinguishes 495 Movers from all the rest!! I cannot recommend Milton & Milton more highly, truly you have helped me so much.

We hired 495 Movers for a local move and they did a great job of providing an accurate estimate, materials (all boxes, tape, paper wrap) for packing, as well as checking in with us throughout the process. The crew assigned to us took good care of our furniture (no damages!) and ensured they checked with us on where and how we wanted items to go in the destination house. Would certainly hire them again!

We used 495 twice, first time when we moved to a new house and the second time for moving a piano to our new house. In both cases their service has been exceptional. They arrived on time, took great care of our stuff, everything was wrapped & carried carefully. Payment was swift and as promised with no extra hidden fees. Strongly recommended.

495movers moved us about a year ago and it was the best experience ever of such a potentially stressful event! They were all extremely professional, organized, efficient, courteous and did above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. Our furniture all arrived safely with no scratch and unpacking was made so easy. Price was extremely reasonable as well. We have moved many times in the past both within the US and outside of the country and it was by far the best experience we have had. Highly recommended!
