Dedicated Van Lines

We originally picked this mover because of past good reviews. Clearly, something has changed with the company since after a month and long text conversations they refuse to do the bare minimum to make things right for a move that went horribly wrong. A month ago my wife and I moved from Virginia to Illinois. We've moved a lot over the years and this time purchased "White Gloves Full Service Packing". Almost every day we checked, double-checked, and triple-checked all the details via email, phone, and text. This includes letting Ryan Gold know that the DRIVER expressed concern over the packing task resources when he called us the day before the move. Moving day: No packers, limited packing supplies on the wrong sized truck. My wife and I had to pack four entire rooms in just a few hours, jeopardizing making our flight to Illinois. A month later, still no refund for the services not rendered, just a complete runaround. Moving day was hugely stressful, my wife had just lost her father a short time ago and had a personal health scare. We asked for the absolute minimum...a refund of the packing services. Dedicated refused, finally telling us to quit asking or their legal department would pursue harassment charges. Do not use this mover...if *anything* goes wrong, they will not do anything. NOTE: I'm sure Ryan will provide an "official company response", saying they DID offer a refund. They did...after deducting the packing materials *we* used to pack because there were no packers. Not only were there no packers, but the truck did not have enough packing materials and had to go to Lowes/Home Depot to get more...not enough more and we had to pay on the spot for the materials and two unskilled laborers who arrived late and left early and were more a hindrance than a help. Once I began posting my experience with Dedicated Van Lines, the company tied the less-than-full refund to the deletion of the reviews. I pledged to remove the review *after* they sent the refund because they are completely untrustworthy. They refused. The full refund would have been less than $700 dollars, They have fought and lied over a pittance...that's what kind of company they are. In addition, because the logistics and truck size was totally screwed up by Dedicated, our household goods had to be loaded on a small truck, transferred to a semi, transferred to a small truck, and then unloaded into our house. Unsurprisingly we have many broken and missing items due to the extensive handling. Seriously, contract with *any other* mover than Dedicated.

Being associated with Dedicated Van Lines is itself a pleasure. Who wouldn’t want to be linked to one of the best relocation companies both within and beyond the boundaries of Maryland? I am definitely lucky to have hired this team out some time in the past. I did not know they were perfect by then. At the end of the relocation services, however, I saw the difference between them and the other relocation companies I had hired out before.

Kevin, the foreman, and his relocation team, you are just wonderful people. I would really love to thank you for the tremendous relocation results that were observed last weekend. You did your best to ensure that the relocation services that I was accorded were flawless. The crew was just good enough. The discipline shown during the process was truly inspirational, keep it up!

For now, I believe that I am duly settled in as far as relocations are concerned. I believe that I wouldn’t be in need of any relocation company apart from Dedicated Van Lines. They were so good in the last relocation that I engaged them in. I know that they will perform even better if hired out again. Why then would I look for another option? There isn’t any way I am going to do that.

I am wondering why I had not known about Dedicated Van Lines back then. I wish I could have got wind of them back in the past. I wouldn’t have suffered at the hands of other service providers. Instead, it could have been all superb. Nevertheless, I am glad that I knew about them during the last relocation and because of that, I am now settled in my new mansion. They did not overcharge me for the services offered and that is yet another reason to be happy.

It was one of the best experiences that I have always come through. Every single aspect of that relocation remained a marvel to me. I was so happy when they were done with the whole thing. There wasn’t a single mistake in all that they did. It was a flawless move. It is the kind of relocation that every person would love to have. I recommend these people for someone who would like extraordinary moving services. They will surely do it for you!

Relocation services can be very stressful at times. Considering the much work involved, you can find yourself worn out after a long distance relocation. I thought that was going to be the case when I was moving into a new residence in Texas. However, the opposite turned out to be actually true. They process turned out to be less tedious because they did everything. I was just there to watch and have a glance. It was all wonderful and glorious.

There isn’t any doubt that there are so many things to admire about Dedicated Van Lines as a client. You will not fail to notice their high level of dedication. Neither will you fail to recognise their striking diligence and dedication. Thanks to them, I am in my new house earlier than I thought. They displayed all the qualities of a good service provider when I sought out their assistance. I know that when hired out again, they will do exactly that!

I have gotten a taste of the very finest of relocation services and I can as well say that I desire nothing more. I have known where all the exclusive relocation services can be gotten from and I will not look back. Now that I have an idea that Dedicated Van Lines is the idea relocation company to go for, there isn’t any need of looking any further. Texas to Washington. That is one of the relocations I wouldn’t really forget about. Maybe I can forget about other things but not the kind of relocation that I was accorded by Dedicated Van Lines team of relocations. They did in a couple of hours what other relocation companies would have taken a day or two to accomplish. Their rate of work was good enough and their level of diligence even better. I would really love them to keep that up.

I trust Dedicated Van Lines. I have full belief and confidence in their crew. I believe that they are the right people to be trusted with relocations. Three weeks ago, I entrusted them with my belongings and lefty them to relocate my properties in my absence. They carried out the relocation from Texas to California without any single supervision from. All I gave them was direction and that’s it! The rest they managed on their own. It was not only sweet but also unbelievable!

I have never been happy with a service provider the way I was with Dedicated Van Lines. In the past, I have been offered quality services and got pleased but no amount of satisfaction can reach the level that their services granted. I was over joyous after they were done with the process of relocating me. They ensured that the work was carried out diligently. Due to their care and concern, I did not lose a single thing but instead had everything of mine relocated to my new apartment in Illinois.
