Titan Moving and Storage

I would "highly" recommend Titan Moving and Storage for your next home and/or office move. My fiancé and I have been moved twice this year and both times were outstanding, due to Titan Moving and Storage. Hats off to Titan Moving and Storage for a GREAT Job every time!

I signed a contract with Titan to have a truck and movers arrive on the weekend of the 30th of June. I had done a cursory search that told me that they had an A+ rating on the BBB and few reviews I read were decent. I was told that I would get a call from dispatch on Friday with a window of when the truck would arrive. There was no call. I had to call on Saturday repeatedly to find out that the truck would actually arrive on the 1st of July between 2 and 4 pm. No one called and no truck arrived. No effort was made to reach out to us. On Monday, I called about a half hour after business started (9:30 am) to inquire about the truck. I was told someone would be reaching out to me shortly. I waited til 11 am before I tried again only to be told them same thing, and then again at 12:30 pm. Finally, I insisted on answers at 2 pm. I was finally told by a guy in dispatch, Tyler, that the truck had been in an accident. All my stress could have been mitigated with a simple 2 minute call from dispatch. It took them until Tuesday to finally get a truck rescheduled, and that wasn't going to be until Friday the 6th of July. I tell Tyler this is there last chance. We have to be out of the apartment by the following Tuesday or we have to pay the full month's rent for that apartment. I had to come down to Tennessee to get some pre-employment things taken care of, so my husband had to drive back up to Ohio to meet them. We were told the truck would be there between 4 and 6. We once again did not get a call from dispatch and no truck has arrived. Around 9 pm, my husband gives up, loads up our car with as much as it can hold and comes home to me and our 9 month old. I told Tyler both by voicemail and by text message (since he never answered any of my messages when I was calling about the truck), that since no truck has shown up that day to not bother sending one. We were done. On Sunday, after my husband and I rallied a team of people to help us get moved the next day, I get a call from a driver saying they were about a half-hour away from our place in Ohio. I told them they were too late, no one would be there to meet them because they didn't show up on Friday like they were scheduled to do so. Titan has not made any calls to us. Every bit of communication with the exception of a call to say I was going to get a call from dispatch has been initiated by myself. My husband has wasted a 4 1/2 hour trip, costing us gas and time that could be better spent elsewhere. They will not issue a refund because a truck came and it's a non-refundable deposit. I paid $945 for nothing but a whole ton of stress and anger. Based on the other reviews I've been reading, I suppose I should count myself lucky that's all I'm out on. If I can't get my $945 back, I want to make sure I do everything in my power to save someone else from these scam artists.

This is not a reputable company. Please do not use them. I paid for expedited delivery and it still took almost a month to get my things. They will increase your quote so don’t believe price. Once you give deposit you will never be able to reach them again. They do not do the move even though they claim to. A storage company delivered my things and did not want to take anything in. They damaged every single thing that I own!! Some of it was irreplaceable. DO NOT USE THEM!

I chose Titan Moving for a number of reasons. They have an excellent reputation, their prices are competitive, and they are very efficient in responding to requests for services. Once I provided the details of my move, Titan Moving handled all of the details. From packing and loading to transport and delivery, Titan Moving handled it. They arrived on time, quickly packed and loaded all of my furnishings and belongings, and delivered it as promised. They took excellent care of all of my items, in particular anything breakable or fragile, and delivered them all in perfect condition. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Titan Moving.

I was well pleased with the assistance I received from Titan Moving! Their customer service department was really friendly and helped me in a timely manner. They assured me everything would be on time and it was. Being that I was moving two states away I was a little nervous at first but all of my belongings made it to its destination safely. I will definitely suggest and recommend Titan Moving to any of my friends!

Amazing work! Titan Moving left me as a very satisfied customer. They really showed that they cared about how I felt towards my possessions (my blu-ray collection more specifically). I am quite OCD about my furniture and other possessions, which left me nervous when they came to help me move. However, after helping me settle into my new home, my fears went away when I saw all of my possessions to be perfectly fine. Their workers are friendly and very attentive. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable and are perfect if you are trying to save a couple of dollars. 5/5 stars!

My schedule is very hectic but Titan Moving was able to accommodate to my schedule. They were very professional and respected my belongings as if it were their own. I appreciate all the hard work they did in helping me relocate to Illinois, as they made the entire process very smooth Four years ago, I used another company and they broke an antique roll top desk of mine. I was very impressed with the handling of my possessions from the Titan Moving staff. I would definitely use them again if I ever need to move. Keep up the great work!

Had to relocate from Texas to Boston and I needed a Moving company that was trustworthy and reliable. Did some research and find Titan Moving. The staff were very courteous and very willing to help me resolve any issues that I had. We came up with a time that would work with my schedule and set the appointment for them to come and help move our furniture. My family was thoroughly satisfied with their services. Not only are they well-priced in comparison to others but they also offer excellent customer care. Will totally be recommending them to our relatives and friends!

Titan Moving and Storage was a very good choice for moving help. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and all of the people I spoke to were very friendly and professional. The estimate they gave was great and affordable, and they arrived promptly. The movers were kind, quick, and careful with my belongings. Everything managed to make it in one piece through the trip from Denver to Miami, including all of my fragile items and expensive electronics! Everyone that I dealt with worked hard to meet my needs and were extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future!

My review of Titan Moving was that it was a pleasure. Not only do they arrive on time but they were professional and polite as well. I have a lot fragile items and they handled each one with care. I especially like the order in which they packed the item on the truck. I asked that they packed the items on the truck so that I would be able to unload by room. It was just more organized and easier for me to have it done that way. I would definitely recommend Titan Moving to someone who needs a moving company.

Titan Moving and Storage was a life saver. I was displaced abruptly from my job and forced to move with little notice to new store. As I had very little time between locations, they helped me pack, load and unload all in time to get back to work. They were extremely courteous especially when making the arrangements, making sure every detail was taken care of. The gentlemen that came for my things were a huge help. I was so pleased to have someone get me through this. I recommend Titan Moving to anyone needing to move in a hurry. I am definitely returning the next time I have to move.

Moving into my first rented property as a student was a big step in my life. Titan Moving and Storage certainly made the process much more agreeable. I had several mirrors and wooden furniture which I had been anxious about transporting a long distance, but with Titan Moving I was confident in their safe delivery. Timely and stress-free, none of my items were damaged and all for a very agreeable price in comparison to competing services. I would certainly recommend this service especially if you are seeking a low cost. (And honestly, who isn't)
