Spectacular. Exceeds expectations. I can't say enough positive about Lightscape, and recommend them to you all without any hesitation. I offered to write a positive review based on our experiences (in other words, I wasn't asked). I have no connection to this company personally. So this is a "true" review. We have a classic Victorian home on which we performed a historic renovation. We had Lightscape do our original lighting of the landscape when the initial renovation was done, and I have had them out to add lighting to our deck stairs and front stairs over the last couple years. For those add-on projects, they were terrific- responsive, prompt, professional, and the work was perfect for our needs - especially critical given the historic nature of our home and the neighborhood. Most recently, we upgraded all our landscape lights to low voltage LED, and the owner, Nick, and his team, led by Jose, were quite simply amazing. I am very detail-oriented, and their work exceeded my high expectations. They also discovered that one of the three way switches for our back deck lighting that had not been previously used and now was going to be employed was wired backwards, and fixed that problem. They added down lights in our tree which we just love too. I can't imagine any company being better at responding, designing and executing projects. Whether big or small, you won't be disappointed.

Nick and his team installed both pathway and spotlight lighting in both our front and back yards. They placed and aimed everything perfectly and we're still in love with the work 5 years later. The lighting is so tranquil and we sit in our back patio and garden area late into the night with our friends. In addition, Nick always responds very quickly if we have a question, need, or want to discuss future lighting options.

Upon the recommendation of many friends, we chose Lightscape, Inc. to design and install the outdoor lighting for our newly built home. We could not be happier with our choice! With the professional guidance and expertise of Gordon Willis, we were able to understand the combination of lighting effects that would result in the ambiance that we were looking for - inviting and elegant. Gordon was a delight to work with - responsive, timely, and engaging, with a consistent attention to detail. He worked closely with our landscape architect which helped to enhance our total project. The installation crew was excellent and the office staff continues to be helpful and courteous. We would give Lightscape, Inc. more than five stars if we could!

Nick took the time to assess our needs and address our questions. His plan design and attention to detail was very much appreciated. The entire Lightscape Team were personable and professional. A Smart System was installed so everything is easily managed. The entire experience was seamless and stress free. We are enjoying the evening scenes created by Lightscape! We also worked with Nick to install new coach lights around our home. Once again, Nick and the Lightscape Team were easy to work with to get the look we wanted. Lightscape, Inc. has been our exterior landscape lighting design and install firm from 2006. At that time, my wife and I embarked on what ended up being a 15 year multi-phased, highly complicated landscape redesign (and installation) of our property. The project became more complicated as the years progressed with a new, contiguous piece of property added to our original land and an art pavilion and underground garage constructed and multiple pieces of unusual exterior sculpture added . During this time--in a planned but organic manner--Lightscape partnered with us and our landscape architect (Mariani) to install approximately 170 exterior path and accent lights along with motion sensing security lights throughout our now three acre property. Additionally, Lightscape handles all our exterior lighting maintenance needs and our scheduled, annual lightning 'inspection'. As our relationship has grown and deepened, we have found Nick Miller's team to be professional, attentive to detail, uncommonly courteous and sensitive to our needs. Net/net, Lightscape is truly our 'trusted exterior lighting resource' !

I have a 1500 sq. ft. deck on the ninth floor of a Chicago condo. Lightscape designed and installed superb lighting for the dining area, game area, intimate seating, all controllable with a simple, wall switch. Their team was professional and dedicated to getting the job done right. They were easy to work with and I would definitely buy from Lightscape again.

I hired Gordon from Lightscape to install a new coach light and some landscape lighting in October of 2015. Gordon was very prompt in responding to my request and provided a detailed estimate with options within a week. I was able to select lighting based on his recommendations and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Gordon and his crew were all very professional - able to answer any questions and did the job very neatly. I would recommend Lightscape and Gordon without hesitation.

Gordon Willis who was the representative who came out to meet with me was wonderful. Very professional, honest and listened to what I needed. He sent the proposal right away and they followed through with all of the work they had laid out in the proposal. The crew who did the installation were great. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure I knew how to use the system.

The design and installation went as promised and our project flowed smoothly from start to finish. We were very pleased with the outcome, but decided after completion to add some additional lighting. The additional work was also completed in a timely and efficient manner. We were referred to this company by our landscape contractor so we were a bit anxious to work with them, but I can confidently recommend their services. Top notch!
