Fresh Coat Painters of Knoxville did an absolutely wonderful job painting our kitchen cabinets! From start to finish we couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and quality craftsmanship offered by this company. Chris answered all of our questions and presented us with a fair quote while Evan, our project manager, did a great job communicating what we could expect from his crew. When work began, Karrie Jada, and Phil were prompt, courteous, skilled, and hardworking. They were a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely use Fresh Coat Painters of Knoxville again. This was the second job we used Fresh Coat for at our home. This one was an exterior staining job for a new screened in porch added onto our house last summer. We used Fresh Coat again as our first experience with an interior job last year was wonderful. They also had the most competitive pricing quote. The crew who stained our deck, Joshua and Chris, were both very friendly and courteous. They did a great job and worked with us on a few nuances about our project with patience and understanding. I would highly recommend Fresh Coat for their focus on customer service and high quality work.

I'm a returning customer, so evidently I'm a satisfied customer. My painters Josh and Dusty behaved professionally and worked efficiently. The interior painting job they did was beautiful. I intend to use Fresh Coat of Knoxville again to complete other painting projects I have. I have to ask the company whether they do exterior painting.

The Fresh Coat crew painted our entire condo - walls, trim, and doors and did a great job. Paint (3 colors) looks great, no damage, and bright trim. Great communication with estimate and were able to get us scheduled quickly so we could make our move-in date. Ask for Jason, Zak, and Tony - they were an awesome crew!

That’s not hyperbole, and if you think I’m too effusive with my praise, just wait until they paint your house and see for yourself. If it sounds too good to be true, it’s not. Jason, Tony, Bobby, and Zack are not just painters; they’re craftsmen. Not only are they incredibly talented, but they were also respectful of our home, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile: they were early every single day; they checked with us at every stage to make sure we were happy with their progress; they even asked us to mark any spots they missed so they could go back when they were done and touch up. Recently we had our deck stained, and the crew arrived on time each day with a great attitude and did an excellent job staining our deck. We have used Fresh Coat several times in the past for interior and exterior jobs with no problems or complaints.

Phil (Sensitive Information Hidden) did an excellent job painting my kitchen walls, ceiling, door and window frames, and doors. He showed up on time, kept in touch, cleaned up after each step and checked to make sure I was pleased before going to the next step. The invoice matched the quote. I highly recommend Fresh Coat. Greg and Evan (Sensitive Information Hidden) kept in touch with me through the entire process from quote to painting by email. They answered questions quickly and thoroughly.

We had to have our new-to-us house painted from top to bottom, and Fresh Coat did a phenomenal job! Our crew leader Justin has an incredible work ethic and eye for detail, and our walls look absolutely pristine. Seriously! I told my husband I kinda don't want to install any TVs or hang any art, because the walls look so good and I'll feel like a terrible person if we put holes in them. (We installed the TVs, anyway.) Highly recommend Fresh Coat, and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any painting done.
