We were looking for an original piece of artwork for our living room and came across Donna’s work at the Vancouver Home Show. We were struck by her passion and her talent. We showed her pictures of our space and set up a meeting at our home. She arrived with a car full of artwork and we ended up purchasing three paintings that night. One of the paintings wasn’t finished, but she brought her paint and brushes with her and actually completed the painting in our garage! Donna is an absolute gem to deal with and we have gone on to purchase another piece from her (a painted pillar). I highly recommend Donna because buying a piece of her art is a profound experience - each piece tells a story and speaks to you every time you look at it.

I purchased my first painting by Donna Giraud seven years ago. What immediately struck me is that there is an emotional energy in her work that just jumps off the canvas. Her work isn't just paint, they are a diary of her experiences that are written in such a way that the viewer can connect with them on a visceral level. Best of all, she is a wonderful soul and incredibly easy to work with. A few years later, I purchased a second piece from Donna. If I had more walls, I would purchase a third.
