Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mitch or Fix-Up Solutions. Going into the project okay through coordinating with my husband; but coming out - deplorable behavior. First, Mitch drove his huge van and trailer through my front yard and was parked on my drain field - he's lucky he didn't sink and there was no damage; that's a lawsuit waiting to happen - who would drive through someone's entire front yard when there is a perfectly good driveway? He had no idea what is under that ground! BAD first impression. The countertop install was decent (although there were gaps between backsplashes and counter in both bathrooms - with no caulking? He wasn't going to caulk until I asked him to - with clear - and he used dark brown with a bead about 1/4 inch think; so terribly noticeable when I went back the next day. But I found no backsplashes - at all - in the kitchen. Mitch said it was a misunderstanding and he thought my husband said 'no backsplashes' in the entire kitchen - not what he said but ok - misunderstandings do happen. He said business was really bad after Irma so I felt that I could - in good faith - pay him the last $800 and he wrote and signed on the invoice "return with kitchen backsplashes for job" and promised it would be that weekend or Monday at the latest; never showed up - THAT WAS ON NOVEMBER 30TH! We have reached out only to get many empty promises to complete the work; just "I'll try and I'll do my best...." And, even on a last ditch effort I told him he was holding up two other contractors and ME getting work done on the house we are moving into; still nothing. Unbelievable. DON'T TRY CALLING HIM: his voicemail is full and you can't leave a message; and wait at least a day or two before he texts you back. NEVER will I refer them/him to anyone; had to hire someone else to finish the job.

I had a fence built on top of a retaining wall. They did an excellent job . They were prompt and professional . Will deffinatly will use them again. Very reasonable too.

We had Mitchell with Fix-Up Solution install a handrail on a mezzanine. They were on time, thorough and kept to their quoted price. The quality exceeded expectations. We will be hiring them to re-paint our entire building next! Thanks Mitchell!
