I have had Indec do quite a few jobs over the past five years: (1) painting a room (2) putting new siding on a chimney while also painting the siding. (3) Repairing dry wall holes and painting the wall (4) Painting wicker furniture (5) Painting the fascia of a house (6) Painting the exterior of two houses (7) Replacing the exterior boards of a deck and staining the deck. Their cut lines are sharp and the paint is beautifully applied. The quality of their woodwork is also fantastic. All jobs are done to a very high quality and for a reasonable price. Yuri makes sure that each job is done according to his exacting standards.

Yuri painted the exterior of our house and stained the soffit over our front porch and did a super job. He was even pickier than I was about getting everything right. He was also very patient and helpful when I added tasks and couldn't make up my mind about stain colors. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend INDEC for your painting needs. Yuri was very thorough in his explanation of their process for painting my condo. Their price was comparable to other bids I had gotten and I chose his company for their professionalism and attention to detail. Alex did a great job with the painting and I was even more impressed with the baseboards that he installed and painted.

I've hired Indec for painting projects on a few occasions - Yuri never disappoints - he is very focused on detail, always weighs in with great recommendations on colors, style, etc., does super high quality work for a fair price. Indec is the only company I will use for painting and other projects like wall paper, and refinishing surfaces. He and Constantine work very hard to get projects done on time without sacrificing quality. Big plus - they are a pleasure to work with too!

My Seattle condo needed a fast paint job with a custom color. Yuri and his team gave a next day estimate for the job and were able to start almost immediately. They handled sourcing the paint, made sure I understood the best design options for a room that had been poorly painted, and even refreshed my closets, all for a very reasonable price. They kept the rooms immaculate and treated the property with respect, leaving everything in pristine condition. I will use them for all painting and wallpaper work needed in the future.

I hired Yuri for an exterior paint job of two adjoining townhomes owned by myself and a neighbor. I compared a few quotes before starting and his price was the lowest. I was originally worried this project would be a headache because it's a three story townhouse in cramped corners, pay needed to be split across owners, some paint colors needed to be matched, etc. However the company took care of everything and made it very straight forward for us. Throughout the process Yuri was communicative and showed attention to detail. I had the impression they actually cared about doing a good job. For example, his team removed and replaced the gutters to paint them, which allowed us to keep the original color. Other companies I spoke with weren't willing to do this despite asking a higher price. Overall I'm really happy and definitely recommend hiring them!

Yuri did an amazing job on our new wall & fireplace. The old owners did not leave us the interior paint to match and Yuri went above and beyond tracking down the color so that we would get it right the first time. I HIGHLY recommend Yuri and the Indec company for people looking for the highest quality of both service and expertise. We will be using them again in the future I’m sure.

Yuri and team were excellent to work with. I had the inside of my house painted and it looks fantastic! They did a very professional job. It’s been a year now, and it’s looking great!

When my house needs a little work I interview three to four contractors with the best ratings. Yuri was by far the best choice of anyone I invited to propose. His attention to detail is off the charts! I couldn't be happier. On the deck, the surface prep and repair was perfect. He then offered a really great suggestion on a semi-solid stain color that pulled together various earlier years of stain. His care and attention turned the deck from something a little tired, into the showcase of my back yard. The wood front door is custom made from the Door Store. It had weathered over the years and again, the outcome is amazing. I think Yuri must have put about five coats on before he was satisfied. I will definitely be calling INDEC in the future for any painting work. Yuri's price is very reasonable for the effort he puts in. As a manager of commercial design and construction projects with over 25 years experience, I have interviewed and selected many trades for all kinds of projects.

So happy we went with Indec Company. Some takeways from our exterior paint job: 1) Yuri is very responsive and will make the time to chat. We had a lot of questions prior to putting a contract in place and he answered every question in detail. He was very open with communication the entire way. 2) Yuri's team is very detailed. After applying a first coat, they will examine and determine if a second / third coat is necessary. After the job - his team allowed us to do a final inspection and would touch up as needed. Yuri would than do another quality inspection himself to ensure that it meets his standards. I truly felt that Yuri cared about the job, customer satisfaction, and his teams reputation of "no compromises". 3) Yuri provided his professional input. He didn't try to sell us anything extra. With the paint selection - he asked us if we planned on painting to sell or painting to live. We aren't planning on moving so we selected a higher quality / premium Paint from Sherman Williams (Duration and Emerald). Our house has held the same color for 20+ years and Indec really gave it a refresh. My parents love the outcome and are really happy with Indecs work. I asked my dad for input as well as I write this review and two words that came up over and over again were "customer service" and "quality". We would highly recommend Indec Company if you need exterior painting done.

Yuri did a fantastic job staining our wood deck and benches. He went out of his way to help us pick the right product and the deck looks great. He prepped the deck properly, did some minor repairs and replacement of deck boards and cleaned up nicely when done. It is a large deck and it took him several days but he always showed up when promised. I would highly recommend him and we hope to use him again on some other painting projects we have around the house.

Yuri truly cares about the quality of his work, and he will ensure that everything is done correctly. We had a small issue with paint matching and some miscommunication with his laborers, and Yuri made sure it was done right and everything was fixed, even after I had already paid him in full. Most contractors wouldn’t bother once they had their check in hand, but not Yuri. He is honest, straightforward and provides great value.
