I've restored houses in Portland, Brooklyn and the Bay Area, and I can honestly say that Juan is simply the best contractor I've worked with in any category. He cares more and he works harder. His crew shows up early every single day and is 100% reliable. In a painting job, especially with an older house, prep is god – and these guys are gods of prep. I simply cannot convey how good my experience was. You can't pay people to care this much. Halfway through the job, I mentioned to my wife that we got lucky to get the house and now, six years later, we're supremely lucky to have found our way to Juan and Guadalupe at Level Five.

Level Five Painting is the best and you should JUST HIRE THEM! We've done several whole house paint jobs over the years, but Level Five has the highest quality I've experienced. Juan and his crew take every care to make sure their work is beautiful and clean. The crew are reliable, professional, wore masks everyday (during COVID), courteous, were on time everyday, and are just really nice guys. Ivan and Jose were here almost throughout the entire project and they painted our interior, exterior and stained our new deck and refinished our older deck and bench. Juan stopped by often just to check in and say hello. It's all so nice....we couldn't have had a better job done. Their pricing is reasonable, but the fact that they are professional is priceless! The house looks amazing and I would recommend Level Five Painting to anyone.

Level Five Painting did an outstanding job on our two story home in Berkeley, California. Prior to bidding Juan Cerritos carefully reviewed all surface materials and conditions, recommended top-of-the-line sealant for joints between stucco and wood surfaces, and proposed adding weep holes at deck railings after repainting to improve drainage. The crew assigned to the job, Javier and Marvyn, were prompt every day, worked very hard and were always courteous. They were very thorough in their prep work and the application of finish coats to insure long-term integrity of the job. Level Five sets the highest bar for quality and customer satisfaction!
