At first glance it looked okay, happy to get rid of colors from last home owners. Then started noticing things. Missed areas, did not remove switch/outlet plates as discussed at time of estimate, drips, apparently does not know how to paint corners & along baseboards, and more. Extremely sloppy work. Wish there was a way to upload photos to show the very poor workmanship.

Ivan was excellent to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He brought his crew in the exact day he said he would and stayed until the job was finished. They carefully prepared prior to beginning the job and made sure our hardwood floors were covered properly and all furniture was protected or moved. We have had Ivan back for two additional home repair and painting projects. He has not disappointed in anything we asked of him or his crew and has been very fair and upfront on his pricing. He will definitely stay on our contact list for help on future home projects.
