Men At Work

Men at Work has an hourly rate of $30.00 PER hour rate. You were given an estimate for the cost of each item performed of which you agreed upon. I said that if we could do it for less then what was estimated that you would be charges the hourly rate. Men at Work completed the list of items for less that was estimated. You were charged the hourly rate as it was less. The blinds that were hung were to your specifications . First you said you wanted them placed between the crown molding and the window. The next day you asked to have them placed up to the top by the crown molding. That should of been at an additional charge. We did accidentally made a mistake on the kitchen but we did resolve the issue. You were given a fair price and quality work. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do. I however not willing to negotiate a lower bill as all of my customers have the same rate and it wouldn't be fair. Upon completion of the first day of work I had told you what the bill was so far. You acknowledged it and had us continue working the following two days. If there was an issue you should of said something at that point. We continued and completed the tasks and upon billing you decided you would barter for services rendered. I don't believe this is fair and the bill will remain as it stands.
