My wife and have hired MOG services several times from simple to complex projects. Most recent job they reframed and installed drywall as follow up work from foundation leak repair done by a different company. Victor and his team are always professional and courteous.

I didn't fully understand how complex remodel projects can be. Fortunately, the folks at MOG provide attention to detail for my odd requests, gave professional insights on designing my project, and I feel listened attentively. Victor is super knowledgeable, well experienced, and has a very organized process for handling projects. MOG will have all my business going forward!

MOG turned a project into a month long ordeal. Relying too much on great ratings they have on another home advice website, we hired them to work on our vacation home. We live out of state, so MOG was supposed to get a building permit, send us a copy and redo our deck in about a week. Our home has a gate so we gave them a temporary gate code and told them that it would expire. A few days into the work, we had to ask for the permit and (you guessed it) they didn’t have one. We called permits office to find out what was happening with permit and the county made them stop working until permit done. Coupled with the usual slow downs of construction (ordering material, rain) the deck was still incomplete 2 weeks later. When MOG returned to work, we weren’t home and the gate code had expired. Instead of calling their office for a new code or calling us, they forced the gate open and the gate alarm was set off and beeped all day. When we saw the malfunctioning gate and what was happening on video camera, we called our gate pro to come fix it, then called MOG & project supervisor and told them not to try to fix gate because gate guy was coming next morning. (But you guessed it again) We watched them on camera open the gate controller and try to fix the gate. Only another call to their office was able to stop construction workers from doing who knows what to the gate controller. They didn’t offer a discount only apologies and a warranty on the work, as if we would ever allow them to work on our home again. This company was trouble from start to finish.
