Manuel Pereira (MP Painting) did an excellent job on our interior/exterior paint job for a home we were selling. He was flexible with the schedule, worked around bad weather, and was meticulous in his work. The place was left clean every evening and Manuel was pleasant to work with. The impact of the new paint was remarkable. Highly recommended!

We want to highly recommend Manuel Pereira / MP Painting 925-872-7907 who painted our interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim and fireplace. The bid process started with quick responsiveness and a reasonable price. We debated about doing the work ourselves. Oh man, we’re so glad we hired him! Manuel showed up every day when he said he would. He does all the work himself and is very detail oriented. Manuel takes his time to do everything right with high quality (not rushing through a job) still finishing on schedule. His lines between walls and ceiling are so clean and straight. Precision with a paintbrush! He tidied up at the end of each day, never left any mess. We were impressed that Manuel noticed an area where the builder had used a caulking that he thought would look better with a clean line of paint, but would need a different primer for it to adhere. He came back the next week and fixed it without any extra charge. Manuel is courteous and friendly. We plan on hiring him again for our exterior.

I had a variety of technically difficult painting jobs to be done, including painting wooden ceiling beams, brick fireplaces, and a new fence in my front yard. Manuel the owner of MP Painting came and did a consult to view the jobs and give recommendations for paint type. He also provided an estimate and a start date and honored both. I was impressed by him at our first meeting: he was knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and punctual. At the end of each working day, he cleaned up after himself, never leaving a mess. His actual painting work is beautiful - meticulous attention to detail! His work continues to earn praise & compliments from friends and family who visit. MP Painting did an excellent job. They finished ahead of schedule and were very respectful of my home (and my dog!). Everything was put back in place when the job was finished. They did a beautiful job of transforming my living room dining room. They even touched up some areas (and fixed some cracks) outside of the requested job. We hired Manuel to paint and install crown moulding to the entire first floor of our home. We had a tight schedule because we had to move-in on a particular date, but Manuel started the job the week of Thanksgiving and worked on a Saturday to make sure he is done on time. Our kitchen has a lot of corners so crown moulding installation is a bit complicated, but Manuel's work was perfectly done. You can tell that he is a true professional and highly skilled. He also gave us a suggestion on what type of moulding to use - it looks amazing and suits our house well. We will not hesitate to hire Manuel again for other painting projects. He is also someone we can definitely recommend to our family and friends!
