A big reason for all of this is owner Travis Trieb. Fifteen years ago Travis found he had a real knack for not only painting homes and providing quality work, but in operating a successful business that today gains a majority of its work from word of mouth. “That’s something I’m very proud of,” Travis noted. “We get more than half of our business through referrals. We’ll paint someone’s home this year then next summer we’ll get a call from their neighbor or coworker to paint their home. That’s very gratifying.” Paint4U is expert at both interior and exterior work. Paint4U’s attention to detail is illustrated in the steps they take to ensure a terrific paint job every time. Travis explains the steps they take on an exterior paint job, “We always power wash the home first then caulk and repair any problem areas. Caulk is the most important step in the process. We go to a lot of houses that have a couple sheets of siding or trim board that are rotted and we replace them. It’s important that you paint on a good surface so it really lasts.” The paint itself is also critical. Paint4U uses all Sherwin Williams products, emphasizing their top two options, Super Paint and Duration. “They have a good name for a reason,” Travis noted. “They have the best paint selection." In addition to interior and exterior, Paint4U also works on decks. Regardless of the job, however, Travis insists on a personal interview with the owner, not just a “drive by” estimate.
