Stuart Trigell Painter

Stuart did a fantastic job on both staining and painting our home. The comments we get on our finished basement are of awe and how professional it looks. Stuart also provided ideas to make the finish perfect. He also corrected the staining on our stairs going to the loft. All this was done quickly and beautifully. We highly recommend Stuart.

Stuart Trigell is a knowledgeable and skilled house painter. We hired him to paint four rooms and were greatly impressed with both his ability and his work ethic. He advised us on what paint to buy, gave careful attention to preparing the surfaces, was meticulous in applying the paint and coped wonderfully with challenges. He proved himself to be conscientious in his work and sensitive to the presence of others in the house, working quietly and steadily. He was generous with his time, going beyond what we expected of him. He is self-confident in his field of expertise and thus commands respect. We found him to be a man of integrity who expects his clients to be the same. Without any reservation we have arranged for him to paint the entire outside of the house and we look forward to his return.

Never thought to see this level of skill and attention to detail again. This gentleman is truly "old school' but a younger version. He did a lot of interior painting work for us and we were completely delighted with the result.

Trained in England he is a craftsman not just a painter, we are General Contractors in commercial construction in the Toronto area and have not found better. Stuart painted and stained the entire interior of our cottage, there is NO drywall this man did the most beautiful job of whitewashing the pine T & G, 2 stories high, clear cedar ceilings that he made look like fine furniture, he's a perfectionist and has the skills of a master in his trade, shocked to find this talent out in the Haliburton Highlands.
