I would recommend Modern Pest to anyone looking to protect their home from bats, rodents and bugs. The service is very good. I had Ken from Modern Pest Service. He was very thorough. Ken is also very good at his job. I also had other associates and everyone of them were so friendly and would explain exactly what they would be doing. A five star company for sure!!! Thank you everyone at Modern Pest.

Affordable and reliable. It's always the same person that comes to service the house so they have the background knowledge on the property to take appropriate action on any problem. Serviceman is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any pest issue at hand.
