Unfortunately I called with an issue on Tuesday and was told their first available appointment was Friday. So I rearranged my work schedule for Friday and sat at home waiting for them. No one showed up; no one called. I called them two hours after they said they would come, only to be told that supposedly someone had knocked on my door. I was here! No one knocked, no one rang the doorbell and no one called. She said no one was available to come and do what they had agreed upon, which was a follow-up to last year. Very disappointing!
