Addressed mice issues a year ago. Great job also I opted for the inspection of outside and he plugged an external hole that was the entry point. I have a semi detached and the hole was located on the neighbor's side . Although the houses are separate the hole was in the middle but more so on the neighbor's side. With the neighbor's permission he plugged that hole. It's been a year no sign of mice since. Thank you .

I have been using Power Pest Control for almost 3 years to service the properties that I manage. Peter is very accommodating when it comes to booking an up coming appointment or if I need a service done the same day. Great pricing and he has always done a good job.

The wife and I just relocated to Toronto from out west because of our daughters medical condition. It took us months to find a place to live while we were staying with family. We finally found a place big enough to call home. We were so excited and anxious to move in and we moved in quick had everything at home and started unpacking. Then morning came and I noticed I had these little red itchy bumps all over me and so did my wife. We found out we moved into a bed bug infested house. I had never heard of them before growing up in the West side of Canada this was new to me. I did lots of research about them online . We put everything we could in garbage bags bought 2 steam cleaners and fought with these bugs for months with no end in sight. We needed professional help and with our daughter fighting cancer and going through treatment we weren't sure about what options we have. I phoned power pest control and Peter was amazing in giving us all the information about what pesticides he was using just cared about our family and and our daughters health concerns since Peter has come we have not been bit. Peter came over on time and with plenty of knowledge to impart on me about my bed bug issue, however there were some issues with his methods and customer service. He dismantled the beds himself, rather than allowing me to do it. I was also shoved lightly when he was doing this by the mattress as he was re positioning it. He did not respect the space and my property. My condo is tiny. He did not take the care necessary to work in the small space and I discovered afterwards that some of my keepsakes, namely my father's Blue Jays bobbleheads were broken. When I asked Peter about this, he denied any possibility that he could have been by him and refused to pay for the damages, citing that because I had taken 4 days to address the issue (that was the time that it took for my father in law to return from his business trip). Very disappointed and decided to go with another company despite Peter's expertise. What would have been a $30 repair has cost him my business.
