Loyal customer for 5.5 years without any issues. At the last visit the technician did not service a problem I had requested beforehand and unfortunately my issue got worse. When I called to schedule a visit (for the first time in 5.5 years) they quoted me $100 and would not do anything to reward loyalty - a complementary visit despite their negligence. Also, completely unresponsive with messages (experience throughout the years), so just keep calling until you get someone on the line.
