When my husband and I met we both owned homes which was challenging for us. We decided we would sell his home however, it needed updating. First we had to move out all the furniture, then we began the reno. On the main floor we replaced the carpeting with hardwood, installed granite counter tops in the kitchen, replaced faucets in kitchen and bathrooms and painted the entire interior. When we completed the project it was almost perfect... with the exception of staging. My realtor had a friend who worked with Amy Powers with "Ask For Staging" so I called her. She was so nice and knew exactly what we needed at a very reasonable cost! We provided her access to the home for a walk through and she determined what furniture was necessary. Amy had an opening and staged the property within the week, it was on the market that Friday. Saturday we received several offers right away which we did not accept, but the following weekend the next offer was accepted and we closed on the house within four weeks! Amy turned the house into a dream home! Interestingly, I received a call from a competitor stager after she viewed photos of the staged house (She was the first company I called for a quote) she visited the property but her fees were almost double. She asked me what the stager charged me and then told me the house looked incredible and that she may have to think through changing her fee structure! Amy and Ask For Staging were very professional and amazing to work with, we couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend this company!!!
