Jill had innovative ideas and a great grasp of suitable products for the job. Since it was a partial renovation, she was able to make recommendations that would integrate existing structures with new design ideas and colors. Jill recommended outstanding people to do the job, including carpenter, painter, plumber, tiler...All were professional "perfectionists" and Jill insured that the job was done not just to my satisfaction but her own high standards; the results speak for themselves. I would use Jill and the people with whom she works again.

Jill Jordan, an amazing designer based in Chicago, transformed a spacious loft with good bones into a stunning residence. She completely redesigned the bathroom and kitchen, choosing gorgeous glass tiles, sleek chrome hardware, and top-of-the line cabinetry, countertops, appliances and lighting. She oversaw the design and construction of a magnificent barn wall, choosing all materials and painstakingly laying out their placement. Jill gave her time and boundless energy to this project, which she completely oversaw since buyer lived out of state. Jill Jordan not only has great design sense and impeccable taste, but is a warm and gracious person who is a pleasure to work with. We worked with Jill to completely redesign our house after a catastrophic flood. Jill was absolutely terrific. She did all of the design work for brand new custom made kitchen cabinets and structural changes in the house. She helped us with the selection of new floors, paint, tiles, light fixtures, countertops, appliances , furniture, rugs and artwork. Her expertise in so many areas is amazing and we knew we could contact Jill at any time with questions and she would answer promptly. We would never have found all of the talents that Jill has in one person and ended up with the same result. Our house looks beautiful and we are ecstatic. From start to finish, Jill was knowledgeable, accessible, creative and professional. She always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She worked with all of our sub contractors and was readily available to give direction and assistance. I knew she had our best interest at heart and she made the difficult process of rebuilding a house pleasant. From the very beginning of the project, Jill had a clear vision for how the house would look. Her vision became a reality and we are absolutely delighted with our new home thanks entirely to Jill. Jill led our remodel of our master bath and our kids bathroom. She was amazing throughout the project. She was always available, was able to balance our tastes and recommend great options. Jill worked very well with our builder. She is creative and always was mindful of style and budget. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Jill highly.

Jill is amazing to work with! We worked together most recently on a kitchen renovation, Jill did all the selections and specified Scavolini cabinetry. Jill is very knowledgable, and has a straight forward, no nonsense attitude. She has a vision, and is able to effectively communicate it to everyone involved so every part of the project goes smoothly. Jill is responsible and creative, which is the perfect combination. We will definitely be taking professional photos of this project. It was a pleasure, and she makes everyone's life MUCH easier from the beginning planning stages all the way to construction and the final details. I can't wait to work with her again soon!

The one bath in our small condo was very worn and needed a redo, but cost was stopping us. Jill will do every aspect of a project, or, in my case, give great guidance along the way. Jill listened to our thoughts and wants, made wonderful design suggestions, recommended a fantastic remodeller, knew answers, and helped me find the perfect (within budget) lights, mirrors, faucets, and other supplies. The end result is a beautiful marble bath with a very contemporary feel. The small space seems much larger and is really a joy to enter. It showcases Jill's experience and ability to design a bath that is perfect for us. I highly recommend Jill and look forward to a kitchen refresh next year. Jill has a great sense of design based on performing many projects.

I had recently purchased a condo and was browsing through Merchandise Mart when I met Jill. I showed pictures of my place and mentioned that I didn't want to gut the kitchen, just wanted to make incremental improvements. Jill immediately started mentioning some potential ideas that I really liked so I decided to work with her. I went back a few days later for our appointment and in less than two hours, Jill helped me come up with an amazing plan that not only looks amazing but didn't put much of a dent on my wallet. Our plan was to replace the original back splash, refinish the floors, add new cabinet hardware and re-paint with new colors. Those changes dramatically changed the look of my kitchen and I'm extremely happy with the results. In the future, I'm actually planning on making updates to my bathrooms and will definitely go back to Jill for help. I highly recommend her as she clearly has a good eye for design.

We used Jill and Hastings Tile and Bath for the remodeling of our bathroom. Jill was instrumental in design and the selection of Vola products. She was extremely easy to work with even though we live 350 miles north of Chicago. We were very hands-on in this project and worked closely with her even though we had an architect and contractor working with us too. Jill had the ability to understand what we were trying to define as a clean contemporary design. She was very resourceful and working with her team at Hastings we got the right products and configurations. The bathroom turned out perfectly and it is one of the rooms we enjoy most. We were comfortable and confident working with her and her quick responses to our emails and telephone calls kept the project moving forward. Great job.
