Susan Waters, Designer for Insignia

Highest praise for Insignia Kitchen and Bath and for designer Susan Waters who designed our Tuscany-styled kitchen and wet bar. Susan exceeded our expectations in the months we worked with her to transform our dark, dated great room into an elegant, light and inviting space. Not everyone can claim that re-modeling projects are fun, but I honestly can say as that Susan consulted with us every step of the way. Her knowledge of products, attention to detail, and sophisticated sense of style resulted in the perfect blend of function, efficiency, and beauty. Additionally, the contractor and project manager were dedicated to our project, extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled. The greatest praise possible is to use the same company for another project, which we did: five months after our kitchen was finished we hired Insignia and Susan Waters to design a wall of book cases for our library.

Susan Waters has designed our kitchen, powder room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Including the flooring in the kitchen, family room, powder room and foyer. We have worked with other designers in the past and Susan is by far the most creative! She is very professional and went above and beyond to make everything as convenient as possible due to my difficulty walking.

I love, LOVE this designer. But where are the two baths she designed for me? Feel free to come take pictures and post them anytime. Now that I think of it, I'm getting antsy to do another bathroom! I'd hire Susan Waters any time.
