I am a design professional and I have over 20 years of experience working in globally recognized architectural firms. Three years ago, I started a design/build company. As a builder, I have worked with many subcontractors. Bob and Tracy from Integrity Kitchen & Bath did a spectacular job installing our Waypoint cabinets. Although we did not purchase our cabinets from Integrity Kitchen & Bath, Bob and Tracy came highly recommended by our provider. From our first contact with them, they were very professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout. They are busy people, yet they came early and stayed late to make the most of their days. They managed their schedule to make sure we were getting the attention needed to advance the job. As far as workmanship, Bob is an extremist when it comes to attention to detail. I watched him measure and level, and relevel and adjust until our cabinets were straight, level, and square. Tracy would come along with finishing touches. These two worked like ninjas in our kitchen. On top of all of that, Bob and Tracy are the friendliest people "sent from God". They were not "mechanical" in any way that would make you feel like you didn't know who was doing your job. They are transparent, personable conversationalist with a great family. We shared lots of life stories in between cutting and hanging. I think we made friends for life... If you are considering Integrity Kitchen & Bath for your job, then stop your search. Very professional yet down to earth couple that did an excellent job of installing a built-in china cabinet. Was very detailed and accurate with measurements. Also extremely careful not to create any damages. Kept the area organized and clean. Had great ideas on hardware placement and slide-out drawer placements. Would definitely use their services again. Approximate Project cost included the cost of cabinets and not just their fee which was very reasonable.
