Terramor Homes

Do not go to closing until this builder fixes everything that needs to be fixed. They have fake warranty packages. Most useless customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I regretted buying property from Terramor.

We recently closed on our Terramor home in Apex, NC and couldn't have had a more positive experience. We actually built the house from 2,000 miles away, so weren't able to check in on the progress every week like we would have if we'd been local. Terramor was very communicative- always keeping us informed of what was happening, but not burdening us with small details. They made the whole experience so pleasant-- letting us know which meetings were most important for us to attend in-person and which ones could be done over the phone or via FaceTime. We had several unusual requests in terms of upgrades and changes we wanted to make to the floor plan and finishes. Each of these requests were met with a willing attitude, a reasonable price, and creativity to make our vision for our home a reality. Lenn, Jenn, and John were all consummate professionals and a true pleasure to work with. Even after closing, they've been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had. Our home is simply beautiful- my husband and I just commented to each other last night how much it already feels like home. I would say that I plan to use Terramor in the future, but I don't ever want to move again!!
