I had my home built in 2013 by Mongold homes they have stood behind there work if i had any issues with the home. They was very clean with keeping the property clean and respected my property if i was to build again in the future i will give them the opportunity to place a bid and hopefully build my next project.

Mongold did the remodel on my home and I couldn't have been happier. They were there to help us through every stage of the remodel. They are professional and are there to answer any questions you may have. They were there to help us pick out the colors and decor for the house. We recently purchased a "spec" Mongold home and couldn't be happier. It is hard to believe the finishes and the quality Mongold provided. We got quotes from other builders in the are and we would have spent more for fewer features and worse finishes then what we got with Mongold. Had we been able to sit down to design the house at the beginning we would only change a few very small details. They truly thought of everything.

A TRUE CUSTOM HOME BUILDER After getting quotes and talking with a total of four builders we decided to build our first home with Mongold Homes. We honestly knew nothing about the Mongold's but researched other builds and subdivisions in their portfolio. Most importantly we really wanted to work with a smaller more involved company...because we were definitely going to be very "involved" clients :) We also wanted to build a true custom home, and that's what we did. We found plans online and had them modified by a draftsman. The Mongold's worked straight from those plans and built the house exactly the way we wanted. Some of the other builders we spoke with wanted us to pick from a pre-set list of layouts and features, and there's nothing wrong with that, we just couldn't find something that we liked. Needless to say the project was a huge success, we couldn't be more happy with our home and the relationship we built with Adam and Charity Mongold. They are a small but mighty team and have solid subcontractors. We started the build in January, which is a tough time to start, and officially moved in July. While there were a few hiccups, as I'm sure there always are, Adam and Charity were there to answer our questions and handle any situation that arose. Adam and Charity are both super down to earth and care about doing a good job. They also work with with almost all local companies which we really liked as it fed back into our local economy. We feel strongly that we would not have received the level of service or attention that we did from the Mongold's if we would have went with a different builder.

Mongold construction built our custom home last year. The house was completed within the time frame discussed even though we made changes along the way that could have potentially pushed the schedule back. Adam always kept us informed about project schedule, and Charity helped to keep us on track with our budget. We had an excellent experience and love our new home. We highly recommend Mongold if you are building a new home.
