All Eco Design Center

I have some older Crystal kitchen cabinets that are still in great shape but had a broken hinge. I was having difficulty finding a replacement hinge and went to the manufacturer’s website and saw that they listed local dealers, one of which was All Eco Design Center. I called and spoke with Savannah and she was great. Went out of her way to find out what kind of hinge would work as the exact model is no longer made. She followed up with the manufacturer and me and placed the order. Obviously not a big ticket item yet she still was more than willing to help. Great customer service and I suspect is representative of the service one can expect from All Eco Design Center. I will definitely consider using them for my next kitchen redo. Thank-you Savannah!

Imagine the horror of finding the city’s clogged sewage drain flooded your basement with poop!! Thankfully, after All Eco did such an incredible job renovating my kitchen and master bath 7 years ago, it was a no-brainer to have them renovate after the clean-up. In fact, I was so impressed by their personable, thoughtful and accommodating approach, I had them simultaneously renovate two additional bathrooms in addition to the laundry/utility room and bathroom in the basement. I have had increasing challenges with rheumatoid arthritis and Dave Taghipour, the owner, and Oksana, the designer, listened carefully to my current obstacles in these spaces and worked with me to develop beautiful, accessible, spaces where form follows function. Their showroom has a wide variety of samples, but they are also flexible about incorporating clients’ specific choices. Compared to other design/install companies in the area, they are far less costly and finished all 4 spaces within the initial timeframe they had initially quoted and kept me updated throughout the renovation. The Eco workers are very reliable, friendly and respectful of the clients’ space and belongings. Not only did they cover and vent all work areas, they cleaned and tidied up every night and Eco had my house professionally cleaned at the end of the work. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with All Eco and their work, but the final pictures say it all. I love showing off my gorgeous bathrooms and laundry room, which, because All Eco put additional effort into listening and understanding my specific needs/challenges given my disabilities, has made daily use of these space worlds easier for me. And seven years later, i still smile whenever i walk into my All Eco renovated kitchen and master bath, both of which have remained easy for me to navigate despite a considerable decline in my physical function thanks to All Eco’s compassionate attention to my specific needs during the design and build. Thanks to their incorporation of accessible details, i have been able to continue my passion for cooking.

All Eco was responsive, thoughtful, creative, completely dedicated, and always positive during the total renovations of our kitchen/pantry and bathroom. Our tight and odd spaces that were filled with old and impractical design decisions and materials from past homeowners are now gorgeous, functional, solidly built, and match what we envisioned. They always went the extra mile, making our whole house far more sound than it ever was before. To work with a contractor with such thorough and personable communication was a huge plus. Dave, Oksana, and Yuri are incredibly hard working and committed.

All Eco Design Center is a top of the line renovator/designer. We made an out-of-date and ugly kitchen in a newly purchased condo look spectacular because of Dave, Oksana, and the staff of workers. Listening to Dave's ideas and suggestions and then to watch Oksana translate that onto the computer "grid" resulted in a work of art that is also practical for any household. The hands-on staff were so accommodating and sweet. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the kitchen designed and installed by All Eco.

I hired Mr taghipour and his team to renovate our bathroom & do basement work. He was very thorough, detail oriented, communicated well throughout. Three cheers!

We have been very pleased with Dave and the All Eco Design team throughout the two renovation projects we have done with them. We discovered All Eco Design because we were looking for a more environmentally sustainable approach to renovating our 1940s Cape house in Silver Spring. We also appreciated that all workers on the All Eco’s team have long-term contracts and health care. We felt that this made the company genuinely sustainable. We first worked with All Eco for a significant gut renovation project of our kitchen, dining room, and basement (+ wooden floor sanding and new lightning across the house). Two years later, we asked them to renovate our main bathroom. Since we knew how easy it was to work with Dave and his team, we did not even look for other companies to do this project. We also knew that we could trust Dave and his team to complete the project while we were abroad. It was straightforward to work with the designers to design a great-looking kitchen & dining area and main bathroom. The workers were always kind, efficient, and left a clean site at the end of the day. We were always able to ask Dave for some additional small tasks to be integrated. When there were bad surprises (such as a completely rotten wall behind the 80-year-old siding), Dave and his team proposed concrete solutions that they executed very quickly at very competitive prices. Dave always made sure to solve the problem quickly and at no cost whenever things were a little late or if there were mistakes (usually related to orders & stocks). Overall, we wound up doing two significant projects with All Eco design and will hire them again in a heartbeat if we need a third project.

From the design process to the project completion, I cannot say enough superb things about the All Eco Design Center team. Even the items that are not apparent to everyone (electric panels) are handled with skill and safety. Dave was always ready to offer creative suggestions to make our kitchen even more unique and beautiful. The outcome was even more impressive than my dreams. Every member of the All Eco team was kind, safety-conscious, professional and left the space tidy and clean after every workday (which was much appreciated). Seriously, I think we now have the world's most beautiful "Modern Farmhouse" kitchen.

All Eco Design Center just completed a gut renovation of my main bathroom. Everything came out, from floor to ceiling, and everything new went back in. And it is beautiful. It is tempting simply to say: Great work! Completely satisfied! And that’s true. But you need to know that every step of the project went wonderfully smoothly. Dave and John Paul are simply great to work with; excellent communication. From getting a good and competitive estimate for the whole project, to getting a detailed printed design/plan, to acquiring all the needed components/fixtures prior to starting. When the work began, the demolition was quick, complete, and without any mess for us the homeowners. The All Eco teams came, did their work, and left, taking the mess with them. They were neat, fastidious, with no grousing about the hill and climb to get to the rear of the house. Also, all the teams took thorough and consistent Covid 19 precautions, from start to finish. When the work of putting in all the new materials started, the crews were timely and efficient, no muss and no fuss. When there were questions or glitches, answers were readily gotten and resolved. The basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity went just as planned. But when the final finishes began to be installed, then I was stunned. The quality of the floor and wall tile installation was first-rate, a thing of beauty. The surfaces of the vanity and tub wall were excellent. The painting and caulking, the accessories, all went in easily. The attention to detail in every part of this project was gratifying and reassuring. When you know and can see that you are in good hands, the satisfaction level is incomparable. I can’t wait for my next project with All Eco.

Dave and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They really worked to make our vision happen (as well as make it better along the way). The balance between practicality and elegance was spot on and both function and style were always top of mind. We can't say enough about their responsiveness and thoughtfulness. We are thrilled with the outcome of their work and would absolutely use them again.

I hired AllEco to install a new bathroom and to remodel an existing bathroom. They did a terrific job with both. It took me a long time to make all the selections on fixtures, tiles, etc. and they were very patient. Once the job started they were really good at keeping me posted on plans, schedule and bumps in the road. Their workers were all professional, polite and skilled. Unlike other companies I'd worked with before, the workers I chatted with had been with the company for years and had a certain loyalty that seemed mutual; the company valued the workers and vice versa. This really showed in the quality of the work. I was especially impressed with the craftsmanship of the tile guys. I had decided to integrate a DIY accent tile (using pennies) and they were really accommodating and patient, and worked with me to figure out a way to execute what was just an idea. The results came out better than I ever expected. We did have some issues (fixtures were installed at wrong height) but the company agreed they should have checked this ahead of time, and they fixed the problem without an argument. I'm super happy with the results. They really did such a professional job with all the details - no crooked tile, off-center switch plates, or any of those kinds of short cuts that we often have to just accept. Both bathrooms came out just how I had hoped and I expect never to have to go back and redo anything (for once!).

All Eco Design Center designed my new kitchen and basement, including laundry/mud room and bathroom. Everyone at All Eco was great to work with from the owner to the design staff, site manager and laborers. They designed beautiful, functional spaces for me and were very responsive to my difficult timeline and design desires. They were completely transparent about costs and options and helped me to understand issues that arose with other contractors. I highly recommend the whole team and would definitely work with them again. I especially like that All Eco is a small, family owned and run business and that they are committed to serving the local community as well as good ecological practices.

We chose All Eco Design Center to renovate our 1948 colonial’s dining room, galley kitchen and adjacent powder room. We got competitive bids from several companies but were won over by Dave’s green values, attention to detail, and low pressure style. During the very first meeting it felt like we had a friend over who just happened to know all about home renovations. That sense of familiarity and trust carried over with Kristen, the designer, Hadi, who deftly managed the 8 week job, and the wonderful crew (shout out to Yesbin, Jesus, Jose, Antonio and Osman!). The work went smoothly, with the team taking great care to contain the dust and mess so that we could live comfortably in the rest of our house. Whenever we had a question or concern, we simply texted Hadi, and he always responded promptly and with a few possible solutions. Bonus: when we unexpectedly adopted two wily kittens halfway through the job, the whole team was gracious and careful. The renovation finished right on schedule and we could not be more happy with it. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. And, if we’re being honest, we kinda miss having Hadi around the house! - Rachel & Cory
